"Amazing stay"

"The staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The breakfast buffet and menu items were incredible and delicious with great options and choices. The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The location was perfect—close to all the festivities, but not so close that the noise kept you awake. My only complaint would be the inability to make our room cooler. We would definitely stay here again though. "

"We had a layover on Terceira Island for one night on our way to Lisbon so we stayed here and had a great experience. We landed late and Tania, at the front desk, was there to welcome us with all the information we needed, included some options on where to get a late dinner and drink some place walkable. The location was great, right across from the beach, with local restaurants, ice cream, and beautiful walks right on the strip. They even let us store our bags after checkout so we could explore more and called a taxi so we could make it to our flight on time. Great people, great spot!"

"Best hotel on Terceira Island. I booked this for my wife’s birthday and bought our two young children and we were amazing by the service and high quality of the hotel. The location is perfect for getting anywhere you want to as it is in the center and for a hotel that has just been renovated the standard is incredibly high. The warmth and excellent hospitality was evident from the moment we entered. They even were kind enough to leave my wife a birthday cake in our room and put her birthday flowers in a vase. The suite itself had a very spacious feel and a separate room for us to use to relax in once we had put the children to bed. Jeff, the owner was incredibly kind to our family and made us feel incredibly welcome here. A lovely home away from home feeling. The breakfast was incredible too with delicious fresh pastries from the bakery. We would highly highly recommend you choose this place as your next place to stay on the beautiful Island."
