However I feel that for the amount of money paid, simple things like the kitchen needed more utensils and cooking appliances. This was limited and basic. "We had a reunion of 5 girlfriends from University. Byron Brae was the perfect venue. It is hard finding a place that accommodates 5 adults without someone sleeping in a bunk or sharing a bed! Byron Brae was the perfect find - 5 double/queen beds, 3 bathrooms and a gorgeous living area. The pool and cabana house were an added bonus. We will be back"

"Location was superb down private road with river on one side and a stones throw to the spectacular beach on the other side. The home was clean, spacious, modern and well appointed. I especially loved the layout of the four bedrooms and bathrooms, the 'hidden away' amenity cupboards and the welcoming combined living and kitchen. Would recommend to a small extended family group and hope to visit again"

The pool was unuseable as it was not covered and full of small insects. There was one fry pan which was rusted. So small issues. The contact people Deb and Sarah were very good"
