Hice mi reseración y me llevo el mensaje de confirmación del hotel. Para mi sorpresa cuando llegue al hotel, nadie nos abria y no habia ni lugar para dejar el coche. Despues de un tiempo salio un señor. Se le indicio que habia una reservación y el señor solo comento que ya no tenia habitciones para el fin de semana. Y que no sabia por que razon habia dejado hacer la reservación. Tuvimos que buscar otro lugar. MALA EXPERIENCIA NO LO RECOMIENDO. Ahora tengo que ver como me hacen la devolución completa.

No recomiendo este lugar, chinches
no recomiendo el hotel, tuvimos piquetes por chinches, el hotel es un concepto pet friendly donde se permiten animales dentro de la habitación y creo que eso les genera problemas de higiene.

Pues no muy conformes. Literalmente después de las 18.00 hrs no contestan el teléfono y debido a las circunstancias actuales y que es complicado entrar a Tepoztlan no pudimos avisar. Llegamos y hubo un conflicto con la habitación seleccionada y tuvimos que pagar de mas, por fuera de la aplicación. Ellos no están muy contentos con Hoteles. com ya que dicen les retienen el 30%. No hay jabón en barra en los baños ni agua para beber. No esta mal, pero fueron demasiados conflictos.

NO RESPETARON MI RESERVACIÓN
No respetaron mi reservación, un día antes del viaje el hotel se pusó en contacto conmigo para confirmar la reservación y hora de llegada, ellos aceptaron que yo llegará a una hora especifica y cuando llegue al hotel la persona que me atendió me dijo que no tenía mi reservación ya que la habían vendido por llegar a esa hora. Me parece que tendrían que mejorar su comunicación con los miembros del equipo para este tipo de situaciones, de ninguna manera consideraría este hotel como una opción próxima.

Recomendación para fin de semana familiar
El hotel “La Morada del Xolo”, es un gran hotel familiar humano y canino, pues con nuestra perrhijita pasamos unos días muy agradables y con una atención llena de calidez y fraternidad, ya que todo el personal así es, no deja pasar ni un detalle para que te sientas a gusto. La limpieza no solo del cuarto, sino todo el hotel, es, ¡excelente! La ubicación si se desea estar “lejos del mundanal ruido”, y con una vista hermosa del Tepozteco, es lo mejor. El centro queda a unos 15 minutos (o 20 dependiendo del paso personal), pero el hotel cuenta con eso que se está buscando, estar en familia y en paz. Es un poco más frío que esa parte del centro de Tepoztlán, pero se soluciona con ropa abrigadora. La estación de invierno no es buena para entrar a la alberca de humanos, porque el agua está fría, pero los perritos cuentan con la suya y la disfrutan mucho. Recomendación: llevar la toalla de sus perrhij@s y sus juguetes predilectos, ya que la pasan muy bien. Desayunos, comidas y meriendas con sabor casero y bien sazonadas.
