"We have stayed at this hotel several times and it is always great. The architecture is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are very nice. We were upgraded to a corner suite this time and the terrace was amazing. Our 3yo daughter loved the little "kids club." All in all a great stay."

Key didn’t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. Second room smelt so strong of cigarettes so we had to refuse this room due to my husbands ill health and chest. Third room was adequate but not ideal. Would not recommend this hotel "
