"This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. "A great choice of hotel for exploring Segovia. It’s right next to the Roman aqueduct, and you can walk up into the city to see the other attractions. If you arrive at Guiomar station then the local 11 bus drops you off across the road from the hotel. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room I had was spacious. I was happy with my choice. Very good local restaurant just along the road. "

"I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....

Living area had a raised platform with two steps to reach sofa and coffee table, so this apartment would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues.
