"Great stay for family, spacious, plenty room for sleep and just hang out. The only issue was that one of the rooms heater barely worked, but it was just 2 of us this time, so wasn't a big issue. Definitely will come. "

"A pleasant stay in a great location. It was nice to have the rec center with gym and pools right there. The property managers are super responsive. A little small for our party of 8 but we waited to book it a little too long and it’s advertised appropriately so that’s on us. It all worked out."

"We were a group of 10 adults from several states (some friends, some family) celebrating a milestone birthday. Brian’s house fit the bill perfectly for our group. While we stayed during winter, we enjoyed the great views across the frozen lake and many of the great activities at the house (pool, ping pong, Nintendo) We spent much of our time cooking together and just visiting with each other. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there was the perfect amount of room for our group to dine...

"The accommodations were good. If I had to suggest changes it would be inform renters of the spiral staircase, the lack of no bathroom in the bedroom in the loft and the very steep, narrow set of stairs in the house leading up to the main living space.Also the two bedrooms on the ground level were a bit cold for sleeping.Otherwise it was a nice space for the weekend."

"This home is beautiful with extreme attention to detail and comfort. The host was exceptional! She called me personally before my stay to talk about the house and area, providing great recommendations for activities and dining options. This is also included in the check in instructions but felt so much more personal to speak directly with her. We traveled to Meredith for a ski trip at Gunstock and this home is definitely a must for your next trip! "

"The property was very clean and very nice . Close to ski area . The porch was not shoveled which was disappointing. Also seemed to be a lot of rules associated with this property on how to throw away trash etc which made it not as relaxing as I would have liked "
