Some of the staff was rude, the property lacks of maintenance and renovation and the AC didn’t work properly in the entire complex which is super important for a tropical destination.

Cuartos sucios, baños terribles, apestaban demás Dios, el cual apestaba el cuarto. La agua súper salada para bañar y lavar dientes, internet súper malo. Lo único bueno que puedo decir, es que el personal de restaurant y área de albercas son muy eficientes. Los de lobby no.

No entregan habitacion a la hora prevista, la habitacion no tiene toallas de baño, hay que pedirlas en el front desk cada dia pues al haver el aseo del cuarto se las llevan, no hay suficientes toallas de alberca. Hay una ceguera de taller terrible, en el cuarto la regadera goteba y habia un foco fundido pero el personal lo ve como normal y las chicas del front desk (turno matutino) solo explican porque no pueden ayudar a resolver los problemas mencionados. Y ademas el wifi de la habitacion es como el de un ciber cafe, despues de un rato el codigo ya no funcion y hay que pedir un nue o codigo (4 codigos en 5 dias).

Es un hotel viejo y las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento, el ambiente es cada vez menos familiar, hay mas gente alcoholizada. Pero la playa es muy agradable pues no hay vendedores ni gente agena al hotel (aunque los del hotel preferirian que la gente no se metiera al mar).

Le falta mantenimiento al hotel
Todo bien solo al principio nos asignaron unas habitaciones que tenían un olor feo solicitamos el cambio y sin problemas lo hicieron, en general al Hotel le falta mantenimiento pero sus comidas son muy ricas
