"We paid for a balcony room and werent given this. our neighbors were noisy teenagers who played music and partied until 4 am (when you are on a ski trip you want to rest for the next day) but this was impossible. I called the reception multiple times but they did not help me warning our neighbors about the noise because they were very “busy”. It was very annoying and frustrating. "

"We had a wonderful summer stay in Panticosa. The apartment is spacious, well stocked and has fantastic views. It was only four of us (kids 7 and 9), but the apartment would comfortably fit 8. The amenities at the complex are extensive. It's a 15 minute walk to town, part of it along a main road with no sidewalk-- so we just drove the few minutes and parked in town, which was easy.
