Good Stay
Property is pretty much how it’s advertised. It’s right in Main Street but remarkably quiet at night. Overall if you’re looking for a simple place in Templeton, this is the spot.

Location, location, location
Perfect location for visiting nearby relatives, Hearst Castle, Avila and Pismo Beach, Paso's Thursday night concerts in the Park, and multiple nearby restaurants within walking distance. No real outdoor space to enjoy and exterior could use some sprucing up, but the interior met all our needs and provided us with a good sleeping spot for our daily nearbby activities.

Location, Location, Location
Main Street rental is located within a short walk to McPhee's Grill a well-known steakhouse in Templeton, a very good Mexican restaurant, Saturday farmer's market at the park, a new wine bar, Wine on Main (entertainment on Friday nights), and a short drive to Trader Joe's. The house has been updated, the outdoor space left a little to be desired. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Lication
My husband and I stayed here with another couple to attend a party at Caelesta Winery. The house didn’t look like much from the outside but the interior was completely updated. It was perfect for our needs and very close to Caelesta. There are many great places to eat within walking distance. The farmers market on Saturday was two blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.

Templeton Treasure
We wanted to stay close to Templeton’s Main Street, and we got it in this old well conditioned home. Sandy was the BEST VRBO coordinator that we’ve experienced (out of 20 + stays around the world)! Our plane was delayed 10 hours, and we had to change car rentals (because they closed by the time we arrived), and she had several options for when we arrived. She even delivered a welcome gift at our place before we arrived. The place was very clean, and they had Great towels! Thanks You!

Lovely, thoughtful space
This was a great jumping off point for Paso, Templeton, Atascadero área. The space itself is really comfortable, spacious, and well thought out. The beds and bedding were comfortable, kitchen sparkling and well stocked, and the couches were super comfy. The place was great for friends meeting up for a long weekend, and having a fenced in yard in front was great for our dogs. Check in and check out were super easy. The only thing I didn’t love was that the house was on a somewhat deserted edge of town across from some sort of hardware yard, and it was so dark when I arrived that I didn’t even see the house at first. It didn’t feel super comfortable trying to get into the house with no porch light on. But that’s easily fixed if the management company makes sure the porch light is on for people arriving on the first day!

All that you need
Main street house has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Paso Robles/Templeton area. It has the charm of a vintage home with all the functionality needed in today's world. Very well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with our cup of coffee and the Farmers market is a short walk away. It was a perfect and restful place to unwind.. Would definitely stay there again.

Ticked Off in Templeton
The house was really cute and the location was good but, my experience with Paso Robles Vacation Rentals was NOT GOOD! The house has a mini-split to cool the house and a whole house fan. For those who are like me and do not know what a mini-split is, it is a small air conditioning unit used to cool a small space, not a whole house. This property does not have central heating and air. This was not advertised online. When I spoke with the Property Manager about this they argued with me and said that information was a part of the listing. It was absolutely not listed online and the only place it was listed was on the computer screen for check in after you have already made your non-refundable reservation and checked into the house. They also told me that the mini-split was pictured in the house pictures. After looking again, I did notice it but, only after I knew what a mini-split was. Again, I would rent this property again BUT ONLY, if it was winter time and if someone else managed the property other that Paso Robles Vacation Rentals. I will never do business with Paso Robles Vaction Rentals again.

Such a sweet house!
We rented with ease on VRBO and we were impressed with the condition of the home, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Two good sized rooms and two bathrooms, perfect for two couples staying in the area for beer and wine tasting. House is on the main strip within walking distance to stores and restaurants. There is a restaurant right next door (which was very handy when we needed a quick bite) and there was no noise or disturbance from the patrons. Would highly recommend!!!
