This rental's impressive outdoor space wows with a beautiful hillside pool, screened patio, firepit, grill, and alfresco dining for the entire group.

LIVING AREA

The living room is furnished with an oversized queen sleeper sectional and a 52in TV with a Blu-ray player. When evening falls, enjoy the ambience of the wood-burning fireplace.

Or unwind in the inviting sitting room, also fitted with an oversized plush sectional.

KITCHEN & DINING

Channel your inner chef in the stylish kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and a full suite of quality stainless steel appliances.

Share meals at the dining table for six by the 32in TV.

BED & BATH

Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, appointed with a king bed and a 40in TV with a Blu-ray player. The en-suite bath features a double vanity, a walk-in rain shower, and a water closet that's also accessible from the pool area.

The second bedroom features a California king bed and a 32in TV, while the third bedroom has a queen bed and a 32in TV. The guest bath includes a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Your expansive fenced backyard was built with entertaining in mind! Bask in the sunshine on the loungers and float in your 9' deep pool. Then take a break and enjoy a refreshing beverage on the screened patio. The pool is heated complimentary to approximately 78 degrees from mid May through mid October. We can heat it up to a max of 85° for an additional fee, which depends on the current price of propane and the expected air temps during your stay. We do need 48 hours notice to get the heating going and it must be heated for the duration of your stay.

Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the umbrella-shaded table for six or at one of two picnic tables. Then gather around the firepit and watch the stars come out!

Parking is available for five vehicles -- four in the driveway and one in the garage. 50 amp plug available for RV or EV charging (no EVOC-you must provide your own)

The Starlink Wi-Fi powers the smart TV's. Use your own log ins for streaming services. This rental provides HBO, HBO Max, Sports Pac, and DVR.

Washer/dryer, pool toys, and towels are provided in the rental. A pet room and dog house provide an extra layer of convenience.

You're less than a 10-minute car ride from Vineyard Drive, home to the area's best wineries.

Templeton's quaint Main Street exudes small-town charm with antique shops, all-day cafes, and tasting rooms. Stop by the weekly farmers market to stock up on delicious produce.

Located right off Highway 46, your home provides easy access to the seaside villages of Cambria and Cayucos as well as the award-winning vineyards of Paso Robles.

Parking notes: Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and 1 additional vehicle in the garage.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.


You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. There are security cameras on this property for your safety and that of the property when vacant, that record both audio and video 24/7. Cameras are located at the front entry and in the back yard. Tampering with the security cameras or pool heater is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
