Main House: Sleeps 6 with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms.
Converted Barn: Detached 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom space, accommodating an additional 6 guests, Sleeps 12.
The space
The property is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles. The main house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeping 8 guests. The master has a comfy king bed and En-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are both queen beds and share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Stepping out to the backyard leads you to a large deck with hot tub, BBQ, fire pit area, and putting green. The backyard backs up to dedicated open space providing a private and serene setting.

Outside you will find the private entrance to the studio above, a large open space with plenty of room for gathering, playing shuffleboard, and just hanging out. There is a twin trundle and full bathroom making this space perfect for the teens and young adults in your group.

Just steps away you will find the second home of this listing with 2 bedrooms on the lower level and a large open studio space with private entrance on the upper level. The lower level has two queen beds, a cozy living room, bathroom with shower, and equipped kitchen.

The homes are located towards the back of a large lot offering privacy and beautiful views of Templeton and Paso Robles.
