Welcome to the Plum Orchard Vineyard Family Farmhouse, your private escape in the heart of Paso Robles wine country! This newly 100% renovated 2-story, 1000 sf, 2BR, 1BA, 1900’s classic Farmhouse was originally purchased from a Sears Catalog! It’s a complete throwback but with modern comforts. The property has an amazing history as a dairy for decades, as a vineyard nursery and now as an active vineyard providing high quality grapes to local wineries with an impressive stacking of 90+ point wines. For so many reasons, Plum Orchard Vineyard Farmhouse is both a centrally located respite and a launch pad for a perfect Paso Wine Country getaway!
You and your guests will enjoy the feeling of being tucked away in nature on this 16+ acre property that’s just minutes away from everything the greater Paso area and SLO County offers. The farmhouse itself is nestled in the property’s 12-acre active vineyard in the highly praised Templeton Gap and while this adorable country house dates back to the early 1900s, it has been lovingly updated with all the modern conveniences and amenities you’d expect today. Although located just a few minutes off the freeway, the only sounds you’ll hear as you doze off in the crisp country air are the soothing sounds of owls nearby and the smooth hum from frogs down in the creek.
So, whether you are here for a world class wine and food experience, hitting the county fair or rodeo, attending concert at the Vino Robles Amphitheatre, heading to Cal Poly, ziplining in Santa Margarita, hitting one of the many SLO County beaches, or looking for some much needed rest & relaxation…Plum Orchard Vineyard Farmhouse is the place to be.
