"I originally set up this trip for a quality time for my daughter and I as a gift for the last week of Christmas break, others were originally to come but didn't show. Either way we had the best time, the entire house was perfect for even just us, relaxing to the entirety. The Host responded quickly when needed wasn't even 5 minutes. "We were notified 10 min before leaving that there was a mix up in reservation. We had to be put elsewhere or cancel. A total bait and switch scheme. Dirty, couldn't even use one of the beds. Just awful. If this is an example of what VRBO has for property "landlords" VRBO is not doing their follow up well. I am fearful of using VRBO again"
