"Fairly new house on the pond. Little sand beach. Canoe, paddle board and kayaks (need new/more paddles). Spacious. Large, well appointed and supplied modern kitchen. Nice master suite. Only one bathroom on ground floor for 3 bedrooms. Plenty of bench seating on deck facing lake, but could use use some chairs with cushions. "

It is easy to locate off of Rt 3 and convenient to Main Street and downtown Nashua. AND within walking distance to Haywards Ice Cream!"

"Everything about this property was beautiful. The home itself being located right on the water was perfect for kayaking, fishing, evenings by the fire, relaxing and reconnecting. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and had everything you might need/want. We enjoyed the game room - jenga and family air hockey tournaments. A lovely experience and we hope to return at some point. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!"

"This rental was a perfect home away from home to have our granddaughter visit us during our stay. The house is clean and has plenty of space to entertain our guests. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub on our first night there, and it felt great after our long drive up. "Place was pristine, great location on the lake. Beautiful scenery with the mountains, used the kayaks to get around the lake and catch some fish! My son and i caught pickerel, perch, bass, crappies, and pumkinseeds. Quick drive from Boston @ a little over a hour."
