Las Catalinas - Loft up to 4 people near the beach – Loft 22

*Beautiful studio loft located in the famous town of Las Catalinas, steps away from the beach.*

Las Catalinas is a lovely little beach town with small streets, squares with fountains and also very good restaurants. It's a bit reminiscent of an Italian village. On one side, the town is embraced by over 1,000 acres of tropical dry forest, with spectacular hills and valleys that afford extensive hiking and biking. On the other, two of the finest beaches in Costa Rica offer great swimming, stand-up paddle-boarding, kayaking, boogie-boarding, and snorkeling. For a special occasion, we suggest enjoying a wonderful meal at the nearby Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas on the hill with a view over the whole bay of Playa Danta.

In the main living room of the loft, there is a fold-out sofa, that sleeps 2 people and a half bathroom with a washer & dryer. A spiral staircase takes you to the sleeping area with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, dishes, pots, and several appliances and has everything you need to prepare your meals during the vacation.

You can enjoy the Beach Club Amenities including various pools, dining options, a cocktail bar, and more for the following Entry Fees:

> Child Pass (ages 8 to 12): USD 15 + 13% VAT, with $10 credit for consumables. Children under 8 have free entry with limited access.
> Non-Member LC Pass: USD 30 + 13% VAT, with $15 credit for consumables. Reservations are required. Only accessible to guests staying within the LC community!
> Swim & Gym Pass: USD 20 + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am. Ideal for early risers! Hours may vary, and access is limited.

Parking is available at the Las Catalinas parking lot for an extra fee of $15 per night plus 13% tax (as of March 2024). Price is subject to change without previous notice.

Enjoy a trip to Flamingo Beach, which is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only a 15-minute drive away from Las Catalinas. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach and is a lovely place to stroll down to the new Flamingo Marina. Enjoy the new Playa Flamingo restaurants, shops, cafes, and seafront beach promenade there.
