This is a great place to call “home” while you are exploring the famous Temecula Valley vineyards about an hour north of San Diego. Its Old Town restoration is a great place to see and experience the history of an early inland city. If hot air ballooning is on your bucket list, this is a perfect place to do it as you will see expansive views of the valley’s vineyards with lots of brightly colored balloons surrounding you - making it feel even more magical.

This single-story four-bedroom, three-bath, 2047 sq. ft. home, located on 2+ acres. It also has a newly installed pool with a spa and a large grassy lawn where the kids can play so you can easily relax and recharge after your day’s adventures. A covered patio area off the family room - with a barbecue and an outside dining table - also creates a fun nook to share food and fun together.

This home (with A/C) features a flowing, open floor plan in the cathedral ceiling living, family, and dining areas. There is a large flatscreen TV, a ceiling fan, lots of comfortable seating so everyone can be together, and easy access to the outside pool area. A dining area that seats eight is accompanied by a newly remodeled modern kitchen that has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Additional bar seating creates dining space for the whole family. This home has a wonderful inside playroom next to the master bedroom so kids can also play there.

The king main bedroom has an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower and everything you need for private retreat space. There is also a second king bedroom and two queen bedrooms and a queen sofa bed. There are also two additional full baths, and all beds and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens to ensure that you have everything you need to be comfortable at all times. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, air conditioning, WiFi and cable, and a long driveway for parking.

WHAT’S NEARBY
You are close to many fine vineyards in this up-and-coming wine country - they are just a short drive away. Hot air ballooning is also nearby - a great way to view the expansiveness of this wine-producing valley. A well-restored “Old Town Temecula” will give you a flavor for the “olden days” including many refreshments and antiques, etc. to explore. A wide variety of San Diego attractions are all about an hour drive south as are all of its beaches.

Beautiful Stay
The home is beautiful. It’s simply decorated and has everything you need if you plan on cooking, hanging out or going for a swim. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and the host was accommodating. Great stay while in Temecula. I’d stay here again!

Very close to the wineries! Home had a hot jacuzzi, plenty of room, game rm. In the morning you can enjoy a drink and watch the hot air balloons(7am).

This property is as advertised. The perfect gathering spot for up to four couples. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, every amenity you can think of (right down to a little dish on the bed stand to hold glasses and rings) and ideally located to wineries. Very quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to future stays.

Perfect for Multi Family Fun
We came to Temecula Rose for my Birthday. My daughter’s family lives here in Temecula. My oldest and her family from SanDiego and my youngest from Ventura comfortably could all stay together. Activities for the whole family. Pool time was great. House was equipped with everything you could need for a large group. When my kids left 3 of my couple friends came and had the best time! A beautiful place with plenty of room.

The PERFECT find!
This property had everything! We brought six grandkids to wait out an entire day before their Uncle's proposal to his girlfriend. We had to drag the kids (ages 3-12) away from pool table/pingpong/cornhole/swimming pool/hot tub to attend the engagement party! My only, only suggestion would be to put some sort of solar light on the address on the hillside, we arrived after dark and even with GPS I drove past it 3-4 times. Thank you so much for a great place to stay! P.S. Thank you also for allowing my old diabetic dog to join us!

Pure perfection
The Rose is an utter delight. My daughter in town (with husband and my grandson) from St Louis. Another daughter (and fiancé) up from San Diego. Me and my gal in town from Irvine. We all stayed together for our daughter/sister wedding. We absolutely loved everything. The house is well stocked. Extremely clean. Great location. Cabinets, lights, drawers all labeled. The game room was a nice addition. I’m a chef and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Communication about the stay was timely. Here is the bottom line - we are all planning on another vacation in Temecula and we already know where we are going to stay. Yes, it was that good.

Perfect get away
Myself and 5 friends totally enjoyed our stay at the Temecula Rose! We enjoyed the patio where we spent hours eating , drinking, and catching up with each other. The home is thoroughly clean, the common areas are open and great for visiting. The bedrooms are all cutely decorated, and have what you need for a comfy- great stay. It is a quiet neighborhood and we appreciated that! We enjoyed the peaceful evenings after our days out into exploring Temecula, The house is perfectly placed in between the 2 main wine trails, Rancho calif. and De Portola, and a 15 minute drive to Old Town. Again, totally enjoyed our time, thank you Temecula Rose! We will be back!

Gorgeous home, great pool and yard
Outstanding home BUT the four bedrooms had four beds that were all incredibly high (30” from floor to mattress top), not great for older folks or kids under 4. It would have been nice if just one of the beds was normal height. Home is nicely decorated with comfy furniture (except high beds!). Would suit a large family really well.

Amazing Stay
This location is absolutely amazing! The house is gorgeous and there’s plenty of room for everyone. Everything is extremely clean and neat. The pool was properly maintained and the jacuzzi was easy to operate. The game room and ping pong table make for excellent time killers. The view of the vineyard is amazing and it’s always a joy to sit out on the patio in the mornings. Definitely would recommend and will be visiting again!

Temecula Rose Stay
Temecula Rose was fantastic! We had a group of 7 staying at the home for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. Everything in the home was labeled which made things easy to find. The home was well-equipped with all the things needed for cooking a large family meal and baking. We would totally recommend the stay to any large family and would stay there again!

Everything you could want in the middle of wine country
Beautiful home with views for miles. Close to all of the wineries. Everything you need for a great stay, exceptionally clean. Be advised that there are no shops in the wine area, so you will be about 10 or 15 minutes from provisions - good to plan ahead. Beds comfy, linens beautiful. Cozy blankets to take the chill off.

An almost wonderful stay
Pros: Overall, we enjoyed a peaceful stay at this property. The house is located on a large private lot that is a few minutes drive to all wineries/shopping. It was very clean and comfortable, and had mostly everything needed in the kitchen, restrooms, bedrooms, and back yard. There is a lot of natural light in every room and the beds are very comfortable. All the furniture, bedding, and decor (except the game room) is fairly new and/or upgraded. Also, the back and side yard spaces are great for family/kids/dogs (private, peaceful and fully fenced) with nice views, plenty of seating, and a ping pong table. Lastly, the swimming pool is a good size (although we could not use it because it was too cold and no heating option is available). Cons: (1) The game room is pretty gross - depressing with no air circulation and what appeared to be very old furniture/drapes. What's worse is that it smelled awful - like sewage. Due to the strong sewer smell, we had to keep the door to the game room closed and never used it. It was unfortunate because that is one of the reasons we rented the house and so we were really looking forward to playing pool and Pac Man; (2) There is no workspace available. There was not one desk/workspace available at this property. This made it difficult to work from home (as needed) during our 4-5 day stay; (3) There is no heat available (at all) for cold weather. Having no central heat, no space or wall heaters, a non-functioning fireplace, a non-heated pool, and no heat lamps or firepit outdoors was difficult. Although it is March, it is still very cold in Temecula at night (in 40s). As such, it was too cold (both inside and outside) at night to enjoy anything; and (4) The jacuzzi is quite small (2 to 3 adults max) and never got hot enough to really enjoy. Moreover, the water overflowed when 2 adults got in, so it was low in water after one use. Also, no instructions for the jacuzzi were available.
