"My daughter had ants in her bed, and when I asked about a refund they laughed in my face and then as I was walking away, I could hear them saying, “Where are these people from and world they live in, thinking they can get a refund for ants in their bed?” So then I walked back and we had a screaming argument so the entire campground could hear us. "We visited in October and were not informed that the restaurant,bar and supermarket were closed so we had to travel to the nearest town for everything. So if you were to go there rent a car. The reception was closed for most of the day and when it was supposed to be open there would usually be no one there.
