"Love the pool area and right across was the beach. Only problem was the hot tub was really cold. When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. Also the restaurant downstairs didn’t offer much for variety for breakfast. Set menus per day and quite expensive. Staff was very friendly. "Overall, my experience was delightful. The staff were polite and incredibly helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a clock, perhaps on the work desk or bedside table, as it would make it easier for guests to keep track of time. I was particularly impressed by the efficiency of your taxi-calling service.
