This is a gorgeous, single level condo just steps away from the heart of Mountain Village. It offers incredible views, a spacious deck with bbq, and a private hot tub. Newly refurnished with luxurious yet comfortable design touches throughout, Aspen Highline at Tramontana in Telluride is the ideal vacation getaway.

Inside, you'll enjoy a true cook's kitchen, with top of the line gas range and stove. It's fully equipped with a full size pantry and brand new refrigerator so you can prepare a home-cooked meal with ease. Two large primary bedrooms and a bunk room all have full en-suite bathrooms. The fourth full bathroom boasts a steam shower, so you can warm up and decompress after an exciting day on the slopes. If you need to wind down after a hike through the Rockies, the living room and each primary bedroom boast a large flatscreen smart TV. On the spacious balcony, the allure of Aspen Highline jumps to an even higher level. Sit and relax as the famed Telluride Gondola quietly floats past. Enjoy a cold beverage while tending the full size grill. Or sink into the brand new jacuzzi and relax your body and mind in the fresh mountain air. As the day winds down, this condo has a front row seat to one of the best sunsets you'll ever see. A newly added heated massage chair finishes off the over-the-top luxury

The living space and kitchen will be awash in the alpenglow as you start to cook dinner, or get ready for a night out. Speaking of heading out...Aspen Highline's ideal location means you're only a few minutes' walk from the fine dining and charming bars of the Mountain Village core. Our condo faces away from the core for peace and quiet when you desire it, but is only steps away from all the restaurants and shops Mountain Village has to offer. Poacher's Pub is a one minute walk away, and the free Gondola is only 3 minutes further. Use the Gondola to head over to the Mountain Village Market for all your grocery needs. Or venture in the other direction and coast up to Station San Sofia. Get off here for one of the most scenic fine dining experiences you'll ever have, to start a picturesque hike, to hit the world class downhill bike park, or just to enjoy amazing views in all directions. Continue on the Gondola down into the town of Telluride for all it has to offer.

If you're booking a trip to Telluride for its world class skiing and amazing winter experience, Aspen Highline's location comes into play yet again. Our condo is about 500 ft from the center of the ski operation. You can't ski through the front door on your way home, but you'll have fewer steps to take than if you paid to park your car. For you eager early season skiers, the section of the mountain you're right next to enjoys the first open runs of the year. The condo has a private ski locker immediately outside the front door for convenient and secure storage of your gear. If you prefer to keep your equipment locked in your car, head down the elevator to gear up in the heated garage. Long term parking can be a little tricky in Mountain Village, but here, you will be stress free with 2 reserved spaces. And with the gondola so close, you're likely to park when you arrive, and not get back in the car until you're heading home. If you come in the summer, you will be welcomed by a wall of quietly rustling aspen leaves when you arrive. Be sure to check out the Wednesday night concerts, Tuesday farmer's market, and everyday shopping in the Mountain Village core, all less than a 5 minute walk from the condo.

Perfect ski condo
We’ve been to Telluride multiple times and this was by far our favorite condo we’ve stayed in. The location was perfect, condo was very well stocked with anything you could need, and plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

Darling Condo!
We had five girls here for Blues and Brews and it was perfect! This was the best location in Mountain Village, clean, beautiful scenery, and a wonderful getaway. Check-in was easy to manage and communication with Sarah was above and beyond. I highly recommend and we’ll be back to stay.

Perfect for amazing ski vacation!
Such a great vacation rental! The location is perfect for easy access to ski runs, lifts and the Mountain Village area. Very short walk to all of the restaurants and amenities, but just enough steps away to be quiet & peaceful. The owners thought of everything to make a comfy stay for our whole family, with a steam shower and hot tub to relax after a long day on the slopes. Loved our stay and would definitely return!!

This property was fabulous in every way! It is spacious with nice furnishings and is in a great location. The kids loved the bunk room and the hot tub :) You can tell the owners put a lot of thought in to the experience for their guests. I would highly recommend during ski season or otherwise. Such a comfy, luxurious stay in the best location!
We had an incredible experience at this condo over the holidays. It is updated, modern, clean and every detail has been thought through. My family really enjoyed all of the amenities including the private hot tub, steam shower and the massage chair! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need down to a milk frother for your coffee. The location is perfect and allowed us a quick 1 min walk to the slope every day. The check in process was a breeze and the property owner was available and accessible for any question that we had. This space has it all and we will definitely be back!

The perfect stay in Mountain Village!
The condo is absolutely stunning and located just a brief walk from the gondola. Between all the thoughtful amenities, the spectacular view, and how easy it was to check in, I can’t think of anywhere else I would want to stay in Mountain Village. Sara was extremely communicative throughout booking and through us checking in; she even offered to fully refund my trip when the film festival was cancelled, which was a very kind gesture. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I can’t wait to return!

Absolutely Heaven!! 2/10-2/12/23
This was our first time stay, and WOW!!! It is the perfect get away for anyone looking for seclusion and privacy. My wife and I brought our 2 dogs and they enjoyed the freedom to roam as much as we did. The place is beautiful and just as described. We will be back with our grand kids very soon!! The fire outside was a perfect warm up for our time out in February. We will be back with the grand kids.

Telluride Dream Condo
We can't say enough about our stay at this Condo. The owner's attention to detail is unbelievable. Not only is the condo beautiful, but every detail from the mattresses, to linens, to pots and pans were top notch! And the owner is awesome too. We stayed at this condo overlooking aspen trees and the gondola during our wedding week. The views from the deck where gorgeous, and the condo is stocked with everything we could possibly need, including 2 parking spots. We picked it for the location and the size, but we ended up loving it. Sara the owner was very responsive and offered suggestions for the area as well. Highly recommend!

Stay in Telluride - February
One word - Perfect. Location was phenomenal and the property was absolutely beautiful...this was our first time to Telluride and we feel so fortunate to have stayed at this property. It was so easy to access the gondala and lifts and mountain village offered so many choices for dining. The property itself was so awesome to come back to after skiing - the hot tub, the steam shower and the fireplace. We had more than ample room for the 5 of us. And Sara was so great to deal with - very responsive and helpful. I really can’t say enough about how perfect our stay was - I just wish it was longer!!!

Amazing Property and Location
The property was perfect! Inside was spotless and the decor and layout was wonderful! There were 4 adults and having two King bedrooms with private bath was perfect for us. The deck and hot tub were wonderful and we loved the massage chair after a long day. We spent tons of time relaxing. Fishing nearby was awesome. Short walk to gondola which took us everywhere we needed to go in town. It was so nice not to have to drive!! Really was a special property. On top of it being a wonderful property, Sara was amazing to work with during our booking process and so responsive to questions. We would highly recommend this location and will be back!

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location
Our stay at Aspen Highline was unforgettable!  The location was perfect - quiet and relaxing among the trees for when we were in the condo, but just across the street from the restaurants, shops and gondola station.  The condo was tastefully furnished and very clean.  The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome snack tray was a nice touch.  The beds were very comfortable.  We loved going from the hot tub to the steam shower and the robes were super cozy.  Sara was very quick to respond and made things effortless for us.  We only wish we had booked a longer trip and we are already looking forward to staying at Aspen Highline again.

Comfort, luxury and location all in one!
We were very excited to meet my brother and his family for our trip to Telluride and were completely blown away by how comfortable and convenient this property is. It was perfect for two families and very spacious! We all thoroughly enjoyed sprawling out in the family room in front of the double-sided fireplace after a day of skiing and exploring. The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed cooking in a couple of nights. The appliances are top notch and the pantry was fully stocked with any spice that we might have needed. The location was perfect and is a super short walk to the gondola and Mountain Village shops and restaurants. Our kids loved the bunk room and were so happy that each bunk had a place for them to place a drink and charge their iPad before bed. The massage chair was highly coveted! We also loved the steam shower and the hot tub on the wrap around deck. Sara was very attentive and answered all of our questions! We can’t wait to come back!

Highly recommend Aspen Highline for its beauty, cleanliness and location!
We had a fabulous girls' trip to Telluride. Aspen Highline is tastefully decorated with many nice touches. The hanging chair is a cute place to cozy up with a book (my kids would love it). The spacious living room and large couch had more than enough room for the 6 of us to lounge out in the evenings. There is a basket of beach towels by the door to the deck so you could grab one on your way out to the hot tub. You can hear the little creek behind the condo with the windows open or when hanging out on the deck. It was great being so close to the restaurants and shops in Mountain Village and just a couple of minutes' walk to the gondola station. We loved riding the gondola down into Telluride. The views were unbelievable. We got off at San Sophia Station to take pictures on our way down to dinner. We saw so much wildlife on our trip - several porcupines, coyotes, deer, a marmot, a fox, a beaver, and lots of elk!! We did some fantastic hikes and also enjoyed walking the trail along the river. The restaurants and shopping were great. This trip was the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation for us. I have a feeling we'll be back next year and I am hoping to bring my family back sometime soon so they can experience it too!

Excellent Condo in great location for Summer or Winter
We stayed here in August 2020. The condo is very big and spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. We have stayed in Telluride many times and this is one of the better Condo’s in the area and you can’t beat the price for Telluride. The bedrooms are all large and the king beds are very comfortable. The third bedroom comes with two bunkbeds that allow the place to sleep a lot of people. The property is well maintained and the Condo came well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. As a bonus, the knives in the kitchen were some of the sharpest ones I have ever used in a rental Condo. The location is nice as it is close to the gondola and to the center of Mountain Village. You can walk easily to Tomboy Tavern and other places. The grocery store is a bit of a walk but can be done. The Condo was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Keeping it real the only negative is the parking in the garage. It is pretty tight and was hard to park a full size truck in but it was doable and manageable and didn’t pose a problem at all. Management was very responsible friendly and helpful. The Condo is well suited for the winter to as you can walk quickly to the first run and start your day from there. Would differently stay here again.

Best rental in Mountain Village
We’ve stayed in a few different properties in Mountain Village. This one by far was our favorite for so many reasons. First off, Sara was an amazing host! Very responsive and easy to work with. Then the location is perfect! It feels very private and it has beautiful views of the aspens and the gondola but even though it feels very private, it’s right across the street from the town center so you can get anywhere you need to by walking or riding the gondola. The property has a nice large enclosed shared garage for the whole building. You get two parking spots. It also has an elevator to get to your floor if you don’t want to take the stairs. At night, the walking path to the building is well lit. The unit itself is absolutely gorgeous! It’s so spacious and roomy. The rooms are large, even the hallway is wide, and the ceilings are tall. There are lots of windows with beautiful views! The hot tub was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The living room furniture was so cozy and that sectional was huge! All TVs are up to date with streaming services. The addition of the massage chair was nice and we definitely used it. I think the thing that stood out the most to me was the extras…. All the beds were extremely comfy so we slept well. There were also lots of extra bed pillows including memory foam ones for us that are spoiled. And not only does each bedroom have a ceiling fan but there are also several extra floor fans available for those who like it really cool. We cannot say enough about this property.. We will definitely rent it again!

We have stayed in many, many VRBO rentals and this one tops them all (including some in Hawaii, Big Sky and other incredible locations). Sara, the owner, is very helpful and extremely responsive; we took many of her recommendations for restaurants and we were not disappointed (be sure to book Allred’s). The location is about as good as it gets (very short walk to a lift) but you have serenity and a gorgeous view! Everyone in my group skis but me and they all raved about convenience. Most came back for lunch and went right back out. I enjoy cooking and the condo is COMPLETELY furnished for a cook’s appetite. In fact, we used Clark’s grocery delivery service (great idea!!) and ended up buying things the condo already had (it was stocked with spices, oils, teas, hot cocoa, etc). We will be adding to the assortment. We rented an SUV (which Sara said really wasn’t necessary), and it has sat in the warm garage the entire time. The gondola service in Telluride is fantastic and so convenient to the condo. The condo pictures are accurate except they do not give you a great sense for how spacious the condo is. There were 7 of us and everyone had plenty of space to stretch out after skiing and there were enough bathrooms for everyone to be dressed and ready to hit the slopes when they opened. The towels are of a nicer quality than some 5-star hotels I have stayed in. Sara has thought of everything! Just when I thought I could suggest she get some games/puzzles/books, I discovered a cache in the dining room cabinet. I could go on and on, but by now hopefully you’ve booked this condo, that is if you can get your dates because I have already shared it with friends and clients (I’m a travel agent). We will be back for sure! I would love to see it in the other seasons. Happy traveling!
