Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the option to pay for onsite parking. Guests will also have access to onsite shared amenities that include an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, steam room, and laundry facilities.

From the home, you are within walking distance of various shops and eateries, as well as Market Plaza and Mountain Village Gondola, which connects Mountain Village and Telluride. Alternatively, make the short drive to Telluride Ski Resort for quick access to mountain adventures. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Parking is $35 per night, and it's all valet service (valet is free) upon picking up your keys at the front desk, *NOT INCLUDED* in your booking charges.

• Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Pet fees may apply.
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
