Our apartments are located in a beautifully restored Tyrolean house from the 17th century. The individually and lovingly decorated apartments combine traditional flair of past centuries with modern comforts. Natural high-quality materials and modern technology combined with the historical flair of our house makes our house to your ideal holiday home.
In winter the Stubai Valley is one of the top ski resorts in the Alps. Four ski areas (Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Elfer, Serles) around our vacation apartment offer ideal conditions for winter sports. All areas are easily accessible in a few minutes by car or the free ski bus. Station 1 min. from the house!
In summer you will find the ideal starting point for hiking, climbing and cycling. Start directly from the front door to leisure hikes or demanding climbs. You don't need your car for your activities - you can leave it safe on your private parking in front of the house.

The house consists of three independent apartments with separate entrances.
The apartments can be rented separately or together.

THE APARTMENT: TYROL by Apartments Pircher-Maes

The “Tirol” apartment is furnished in true alpine style. Each room tells its own story, adding to the distinctive ambience. It may be small, but the 30 m2 apartment is perfectly appointed and offers a cosy space for 2-4 people.

There is a free parking space available as well as a sunny garden with lawn chairs and a patio to relax, enjoy the sun and eat.
Two mountain bikes and two sledges belong to the house - you can use them at anytime for free.

einzigartiges Wohngefühl
Wir hatten einen superschönen Aufenthalt im Stubaital. Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, nicht zuletzt durch die liebevolle Einrichtung teilweise mit alten Möbeln, Assesoirs und die Verwendung von hochwertigen Materialien. Die Vermieterin ist hilfsbereit und gibt Ausflugstips. Im naturnahen Garten konnten wir auf die schneebedeckten Gipfel der Umgebung schauen - besser gehts nicht. Vielen Dank nochmal an die netten Vermieter! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Viele Grüße aus Berlin

Weihnachten in Telfes
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Bad ist ganz neu. Das Bett super bequem. Alle Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und waren zur Weihnachtszeit schön dekoriert. Carole Pircher-Maes hat uns sehr nett empfangen und alles erklärt. Super ist auch der Brötchenservice, online zu bestellen, täglich (auch an Feiertagen!) bis 24.00 Uhr. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Danke! Wir werden wieder kommen

Stilvolles kleines Appartement mit Garten, sehr freundliche Vermieter im Haus. Empfehlenswert!
Die Wohnung ist im Parterre links unten auf dem Bild zu sehen. Sie ist nicht groß (Aber: gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!), und als Wanderausgangspunkt sehr geeignet, ein Garten (mit freiem Obst) und Liegestühlen vorne rechts im Bild steht zur Benutzung frei. 3 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 5 zur Bushaltestelle. Ruhige Lage nahe der Ortsmitte. Eigener Parkplatz. Auch bei unserer kurzfristigen Buchung reibungslose zügige Kommunikation vorab. Sehr freundlichen Empfang und hilfreiche Hinweise zu Wandertouren sowie örtlicher Gastronomie gab es durch die Vermieter, Frau und Herrn Pircher-Maes. Also, wir habens genossen!

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung
Wir fanden eine sehr schöne, gepflegte und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vor. Auch die Betreuung durch Fam. Pircher-Maes haben wir genossen, sie waren immer für uns da. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung und das Stubaital nur empfehlen.
