Great, in the overall
Location Location Location. The room is part of an old apartment house from over a century ago. High sealing, huge room with a balcony, and a very big bed. The fine tuning of the room is not good. Some fixer-upper is required. The owner just changed, and hopefully he will take it into consideration (we met him and discussed it with him) BUT For the price paid, to have this gigantic room, in the middle of the Carmel market, not hearing all the sounds beyond the door, and in walking distance is WOW.

Good location,room ok.
The location was realy good, direct at the Carmelmarket and this is propably the reason why the price is that high for a ok room without any room service or reception. The bath was clean but very smal and with each shower everything was flooded. The room was pretty dark as with only a distance of 1m there was a wall in front of the window so we didnt get daylight at all. We also still had the food and old fruits from the previous guest in the fridge. One day we returned and our room was literaly open and light was switched on. After contacting the landlord the told us that they showed this to an investor and forgott than to close and lock the door again.... All on all the stay was ok due to the good location but that they enter our room without letting us know and even let it open with all our values in was unaccaptable for us

The place was like a quiet oasis in the middle the city. The cafe outside was amazing!!! And although they were open late at night I didn’t even hear a sound. Accommodations were comfortable and clean!

We stayed in the grand suite. The good: Excellent lively location. Very accessible by bus, close to beach, market, and cafes. Very courteous and responsive staff. Very large rooms. The bad: Property still seems like a work in progress. The exterior is shabby. There was no closet or place to hang clothes. The kitchen could use a microwave or little stove. Conclusion: Will be an excellent place once all construction is complete.

The apartment is amazing, well set up for a couple or solo. Its located right in the middle of the Carmel Market. Parking is an issue don't listen to Expedia, there is no parking supplied, but public car parks are not too far away.

Tolle Lage, nur ein paar Schritte zum Ha‘Carmel Markt und ein paar Min. Zum Strand ! Sehr schönes geschmackvolles Zimmer mit kleiner Dachterasse ( Sun Suite)! Die Besitzer waren fast täglich da um nachzufragen ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist! Im Erdgeschoss kleine Küche für jeden um ggf. Frühstück etc. zuzubereiten ( wir haben täglich auf unserer Terasse gefrühstückt)! Zimmer bei Ankunft sehr sauber! Der Architekt hat einen tollen Job gemacht, sehr modernes helles kleines Häuschen! Unser kleiner „ Adlerhorst“ wie wir unser Zimmer genannt haben war auch nicht übermäßig laut jedoch könnten das Zimmer unterhalb zur Straße hinaus durchaus lauter sein! Im Café Yom Tov gegenüber sehr leckeres Essen und entspannte Atmosphäre ( meistens immer sehr gut besucht)
