The property is located on a prestigious and very new tower that gives a sense of luxury and an exceptional hospitality experience just as a vacation should feel
All the furniture and decor in the apartment is carefully selected and is of a very high and luxurious level and contains a lot of thought about the guest who will come and get the best experience.
The apartment is equipped with everything you can think of and all you have to do is come with a suitcase and clothes :)

The tower is very prestigious and high quality and gives a sense of indulgence and prestige. There is a 24/7 private parking guard in a secure car park and 4 elevators (one of which is a Saturday elevator) in addition to the tower allowing safe and convenient access for the disabled.

1. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Israeli residents will be charged an additional VAT of 18% on the total booking price. For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following:
- Non-Israeli passport
- B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport)
- The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit.
2. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.
3. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.
4. Parties - the apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.
5. We require a 1500-3000 NIS security deposit, and it must be done through Duve FrontDesk. The amount of the security deposit will depend on how big the apartment that you booked is. It is a refundable fee if there is no damage in the apartment.
