"Rooms were not cleaned. The floor was quite dirty. Hair was all over the blanket and pillow. The bed is small and quite uncomfortable. Damla at reception is very helpful. Nice breakfast. The only downside is that there is no elevator access to most rooms, only a narrow winding staircase. However, it kept me fit going up and down it."
