"Maison et jardin très agréable; très propre à notre arrivée, et correspondant à l'annonce. Cependant, grosse surprise à notre accueil de nous demander 130 euros pour la prestation ménage de fin de séjour, qui n'était pas prévue à la réservation, et qu'il a fallu régler immédiatement. Selon les conseils d'Abritel, cette clause aurait dû être prévue dès la location et nous n'aurions pas dû la payer, le séjour étant réglé dans l'intégralité. Grosse contrariété pour commencer les vacances, dommage....

"David and Agnes met us at the property and showed us around their beautiful house. They also suggested places to visit whilst we were there. The house is spacious and can accommodate 8 people easily with its 3 double bedrooms and two bunk-beds, you could perhaps squeeze two more in the lounge area. Gite conversion was fine, though some of the equipment was idiosyncratic, with microwave/grill but no oven. Only a two burner hob and unnecessary dishwasher (for 2 people?). 3 steak knives but no butter knives. The dining/living room cupboards were ancient and two of the doors fell off while we were there. "An absolutely brilliant week. The villa had everything we needed, lotsbic room and a fantastic poolznx garden. The setting is beautigul. We had an issue with the fridge not working and a new one was replaced the same day, coukdnt ask fir bettr response. The day we arrived, we needed some essentials from a shop and the lady who met us there took us to a couple of shops, absolutely fantastic customer service. I would thoroughly recommend the villa and we will be back for sure."
