Modern holiday home in Aquitaine, France with 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 4 people. The pet-friendly property near the forest is ideal for friends. Lake nearby. With a convenient location, general supplies and restaurants are available in just 4 km. The lovely lake can be enjoyed in just 6 km. A forest hike is just 100 m away. Given the fun surroundings, the property can be great for a lovely stay with friends. The cosy property comes with amenities like; private pool, terrace and garden with barbecue facility, parking and much more. It is an ideal spot for a holiday with a cosy vacation vibe. The nearest airport is just about 40 km away.

The owners are passionate farmers who invite you to discover their farm, located around 2 km away. Come and meet the cows and horses, take part in the daily activities and learn more about growing walnut trees. This friendly experience is ideal for all ages and nature lovers.

Es ist ein hübsches, kleines „Chateaux“. Sauber und komfortabel. Das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss ist modern, im Obergeschoss jedoch etwas veraltet. Wir haben nur die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss genutzt. Der Pool ist sehr schön, obwohl das Wetter bei unserem Aufenthalt (September) nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet war. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hat uns bei unserer Ankunft ein Geschenk gemacht.

Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern angereist. Das Haus und die Umgebung hat uns sofort gegallen. Der Vermieter war bei Ankunft umgehnd vor Ort uns sehr freundlich. Wer Ruhe sucht und einfach mal entspannen möchte, ist hier goldrichtig, Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus wunderbar geschlafen, Nachts sieht man hier einen traumhaften Sternenhimmel, das zirpen der Grillen und das Quaken der Frösche, vom nahe gelegenen Froschteich, ist einfach unbezahlbar. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft schön. Im Haus ist alles zu finden was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Toll finde ich den wirklich großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. So kann man einmal einen großen Einkauf machen, da der Supermarkt, wo man wirklich Alles findet, mit dem Auto ca. 20min entfernt liegt. Ausflugziele gibt es hier einige, allerdings muss man ein wenig Fahrtstrecke auf sich nehmen. Sehenswert und ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis war für uns die Dune de Pilat. Das Schloss und die Tropfsteinhöhle waren auch sehr schön. Der Pool ist ein Traum, der tolle Roboter, sorgt dafür dass der Pool immer schön sauber ist. Meine Kinder haben es geliebt, dort schwimmen zu gehen. Das Wasser hatte angenehem kühle 21 Grad. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder, denn es war ein wirklich traumhaft schöner Urlaub. De eerste indruk was postitief. Het huisje, zwembad, mooi uitzicht, rust. Maar zodra we op ontdekking gingen in het huisje ontdekte we al snel wat mindere zaken. He thuis was niet gepoetst. Service was vuil en hebben we zelf moeten afwassen. Het huisje is dringend toe aan een grote schoonmaak en enkele vernieuwignen. Zoals service, bedden, tuinmeubels. Het was zeer jammer dat de buren van dit huurhuisje 3 honden heeft en regelematig een blafuurtje hadden. ook onstapte er 1 3keer en stond hij op ons domein. Geen brave hond en we voelde ons dus zeer onveilig met ons kleine meid van 9 maanden oud.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar Olivier. Leuk vakantiehuisje. Huisje zelf eerder aan de donkere kant (kleine ramen en dikke muren), maar daardoor ook fris om te slapen op het gelijkvloers. Zolderkamers iets warmer ... Keukengerief op bepaalde vlakken aan vernieuwing toe, maar wel zeer grote frigo en vriesmogelijkheden ! Ideaal voor een buitenvakantie aan het zwembad met prachtig uitzicht en veel ruimte. Niet echt veel te beleven in de onmiddellijke omgeving.

Aankomst was prima, huis was schoongemaakt en de eigenaar kwam ons verwelkomen. Huis is groot, wel donker. Een aantal dingen zoals bijv.de badkamer zijn wel aan “ renovatie “ toe. Omgeving is prachtig met vanuit het huis een schitterend uitzicht.
