"I thought I would not be able to locate a home in this area to attend nearby functions. Thanks to Katie Foley’s accommodations we were able to comfortably accommodate 8 and one pup. There are blow up beds (did not need) and a pullout couch. At first glance I was worried due to the small cozy feeling of the home. The yard is great and fireflies were flying. "we were very pleased with the house. the kitchen could have been stocked a little better with cooking Items. It was clean but there were some spiders in the house. ( Of course to expected at the lake.) All and All we enjoyed our visit and fishing off the pier .. We will be back"

"Upon Friday arrival, entered gate and the brick walk to the front door was covered in sand and dirt. To the left of the front door on the porch sat a styrofoam cooler, lid to the side and a bag of garbage in it. Inside the house seemed reasonably clean but by the time we visited each room we had killed two scorpions. Out back by the lakeside the nice grass that is portrayed in the listing appears to have not been mowed this year and had sticker burrs growing closer to the house. On the back...

"Our family of 13 stayed at this property for Thanksgiving. There was SO much room for college kids/teens to stake their claim. The arcade/game room was a huge hit….we hardly saw the grandkids, except at mealtime! Each room has its own theme, so special!! To be right on the lakeside was so beautiful!! I am so glad we chose this property!"
