DESCRIPTION:
Top floor apartment within gated resort. Amazing sea views, overlooking the swimming pool. Recently refurbished to high standards. Two bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom), living room with open plan kitchen and terrace. High speed fibre wifi and smart TV.

The resort has direct access to the "paseo" (pedestrian ocean walk). Closest beach (Playa Bastian) is 500m away along the paseo. Close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In front of bus stop to centre of Costa Teguise and Arrecife.

Both the double and the twin bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower. Fitted wardrobes are available in both bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen has refrigerator, freezer, kitchen sink, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, silverware, dishware, washing machine and all necessary cookware.

The living room has a sofa, smart TV with a wide selection of international channels and a dining table with 4 chairs.

The terrace has a dining table for 4 chairs, and a relax area with a garden sofa set for 4 people.

Guests are welcome to use the beautiful resort swimming pool, with free umbrellas and sunbeds, available on a first come first served basis. The pool has a children section, with shallow waters, and an adult pool, with deeper waters.

The apartment is close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants (about 200m away).

Playa Bastian is about 250m away, along the pedestrian ocean walkway (the paseo), directly accessible from the resort.

The centre of Costa Teguise is about 15 minutes walk from the resort, also reachable along the paseo. Otherwise a bus stop is right outside the resort and can be used to reach Costa Teguise's centre, Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen.

A taxi rank is about 5 minutes walk from the property.

Fantastic
Thanks Helen for a great stay at your apartment and all of the information provided in advance. The Apartment is well located with lots of bars/restaurants a nearby and a short walk into the Costa Teguise Square. Plenty of facilities available within Helen's apartment so that you wouldn't need to go out if you didn't want to and a supermarket around 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend Helen's apartment for a comfortable stay in Costa Teguise Thanks again 😊

Fabulous apartment
This was my third stay in the apartment and again I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Helen is an excellent host with very good communication with guests. The apartment is on a quiet complex within a walking distance of town along the paseo and opposite a bus stop. The apartment is well appointed for a pleasant and comfortable stay and the double balcony is fabulous for watching the sun rise each morning. Thank you Helen for another wonderful stay in Costa Teguise.

Great apartment, great view, lovely resort.
Great apartment, comfortable beds nice and bathroom. Excellent view from the balcony and swimming pool. The pool is well look after and clean, not too busy either. We found the resort to be just the right size , lots of great restaurants and bars and not too expensive. We would stay again 👍

First Time in Lanzarote
Had a lovely stay in this apartment and the host Helen was lovely. Exactly as listed. Pool was lovely and no trouble getting a sun lounger. Supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and bus stop right outside apartment complex. Nice walk into town on a night and a €3 taxi home. Would recommend Dolmen and Havana 6 for a nice meal and cheap drinks at Chispas in the square.

Winter break
This was my second extended stay at the apartment and again I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. As I stayed for just over a month, the apartment has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal as it's right by the paseo for lovely walks and right opposite the bus stop for exploring the island. The complex is quiet with plenty of sun loungers by the pool. Helen is an excellent host with excellent communication before and during the holiday. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a relaxing stay in Costa Teguise.

September get away
After a false start due to my wife breaking her wrist we finally made the trip to Costa Teguise in September. Helen was very understanding and re-arranged the trip as requested. Helen was a great help throughout. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It was a short walk into the centre of CT and the nightly walk to the restaurant was a pleasure. The apartment had everything required to make a very pleasurable holiday and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Fabulous winter stay.
I stayed for over four weeks at Helen's apartment and was very happy. Helen was very efficient at responding to my questions and reassured me in these Covid travel times. The apartment is very well located with the paseo outside the gates and the local bus stop directly across the road. The apartment has all the facilities required for an extended stay and was very much my 'home from home' in Lanzarote. The balcony is fabulous and I regularly enjoyed my morning cuppa watching the sun rise. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment as a base to explore the lovely island of Lanzarote.

Top floor apartment with pool and ocean views. Huge balcony where we spent many relaxing sunny hours. Good selection of restaurants and a well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk away. Use VRBO as our 1st choice these days. Good value for money especially if you can get a cheap flight.

Top floor well appointed apartment with a large balcony and a splendid view over the huge pool and the sea beyond. We found there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool to relax and the cafe bar was an added bonus. Bus stops right outside and it is a 20 minutes walk to the centre of CT along the wide promenade. We were well looked after by Verushka who manages the apartment and will definitely be going back.

Sunshine Break
We were seeking a short break (5 nights) somewhere warm in October and selected this spot as it appeared suitable for 3 adults and a 3 year old. The place was ideal, spacious, modern and clean with all the facilities you need plus the view from the double balcony was wonderful. The main pool and separate toddlers pool were great and bar within the complex (closed Wednesdays) provided a range of basic meals and drinks. The location is certainly at the quieter end of the resort but we saw that as a definite advantage and a 20 minute stroll into the centre along the paseo next to the sea in the evenings was always to look forward to. Costa Teguise has numerous eateries whatever your choice of cuisine and to suit a range of budgets. All communication with Helen the owner was prompt and helpful plus arrival and departure at the accommodation was aided by the friendly Veruska. Couldn't fault anything and was sorry to leave!

Fantastic penthouse apartment with amazing sea views.,
We have just returned from spending two wonderful weeks in this lovely apartment and it was everything as described and more. It is modern and spacious with everything you could possibly need to make your holiday as carefree as you want/need it to be. The living room has a smart tv, fantastic wifi and an amazingly comfy fold-out sofa and has direct access out to the large double balcony. The modern kitchen is well equipped and houses a washing machine that is simple enough to use. The twin bedroom is at the rear of the property next to the road but even with both windows open, traffic noise was not an issue. This bedroom has ample wardrobe space, an ensuite shower room, toilet & wash basin. The main bedroom has a large kingsize bed, a double wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with a bath,an overhead shower, toilet & washbasin. This room also benefits direct access to the double balcony and the wonderful views. The apartment does not have A/C but it is not needed with the continuous breeze that flows right the way through. The apartment is situated in the quieter end of town (which suited us just fine) and is only a 20-25 minute stroll along the seafront into town. The pool area is fantastic with the added bonus of a small bar serving a basic menu. The nearest supermarket Hiperdino is 5 mins walk away as are the nearest bars and restaurants. Helen, the owner, was fantastic with us and always responded promptly to any messages we sent and was more than accommodating to our requests. I cannot recommend this property enough and hope to book again ourselves in the future.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement
Uns gefiel der großzügige Balkon mit toller Aussicht, die modern eingerichtete Küche, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert, der Empfang durch Valeska herzlich. Viele Dinge zeigten, dass Helen, eine sehr freundliche und engagierte Gastgeberin, für den Gast mitgedacht hatte: so standen Getränke und Kekse zum Empfang bereit, im Schrank Gewürze wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig und andere Kleinigkeiten. Bemerkenswert auch der große Pool, in dem man herrlich ungestört seine Bahnen schwimmen konnte. Überhaupt war es in der Anlage und in der Umgebung angenehm ruhig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Ein fantastisches Appartement
Die Eigentümerin Helen ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Sie beantwortete vorab per Mail alle unsere Fragen detailgenau. Wir durften am letzten Tag auch bis 15 Uhr im App. bleiben, da unser Flug erst um 18.20 ging. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür, Helen! Das Appartement ist wirklich genau so schön wie beschrieben. Es hat eine hervorrragende Ausstattung und bei unserer Ankunft waren im Kühlschrank Getränke und ein paar Kekse und Chips standen auch bereit. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Es waren Gewürze, Salz, Zucker usw. da, an Kochutensilien alles, was man braucht. Alles sehr sauber und apettitlich. Die Betten waren auch gut und das vom Schlafzimmer aus gelegene Bad super. Es waren Fläschchen mit Shampoo und Duschbad abgefüllt, ein Fön war vorhanden und alles war bis in die kleinste Ecke blitzeblank. Der Traum war natürlich die Aussicht! Am Frühstückstisch sitzen und den Pool, die Palmen und das Meer genießen...Herz, was willst Du mehr?! Veruska, die uns das App. übergab und auch auscheckte, ist ebenfalls eine sehr nette Person, die nicht weit entfernt wohnt und die man auch bei Bedarf kontaktieren konnte. Wir waren allerdings vollkommen zufrieden und so gab es nichts, was wir zu bemängeln hatten. Wir können das App. zu 100% weiter empfehlen! Danke Helen und danke Veruska.

Wundervolle Wohnung
Sehr saubere, schöne Wohnung mit einem wundervollen Blick über die Palmen bis zum Meer. Vom Balkon konnte man den Pool ebenfalls sehen. Die Lage ist excellent und man kann Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuss erreichen. Ebenso erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten nach einer kurzen Autofahrt. Die Wohnung ist we beschrieben und kann zu 100% empfohlen werden. Der Kontakt zu Helen war hervorragend ebenso check in and check out.

Insgesamt sehr gut. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die sehr freundliche und engagierte Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Nur ganz kleine Dinge, die nicht gepasst haben: Auf der Dachterrasse gab es leider keinen Sonnenschirm. Nach Regenschauern ist das Wasser von der Dachterrasse nicht abgelaufen - ein Gummischieber wäre hier hilfreich.

Sonnenaufgang mit Meer-Panorama
Das Appartement ist neu eingerichtet, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der großzügigen Dachterrasse aus hat man einen klasse Blick über die Anlage mit Pool und Palmen, dahinter erstreckt sich der Atlantik über den gesamten Horizont. Die direkte Umgebung ist ruhig, Supermärkte und erste Restaurants erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten, zum Zentrum von Costa Teguise sind es ca. 2 km zum Beispiel über die Strandpromenade. Helen ist als Vermieterin top, Kommunikation, Check-In und Check-Out liefen prima. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Helens Appartement und kommen gerne wieder!
