Nice holiday home on the ground floor in a new complex with pool. Very fast Wi-Fi with fiber It has a large terrace with chill out chairs and a view of the community pool. The Senator complex is located in Costa Teguise in a very quiet area and at the same time close to all services. The pool area has sun loungers, a Balinese hammock and showers. The house is fully equipped to make you feel at home. It has a double room with a ceiling fan and a large closet. Bathroom with shower tray and hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kitchenware, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 3-burner hob, large fridge and freezer.
Living room with flat-screen smart TV, 2-seater sofa bed, armchair and dining table. The living room opens directly onto the sunny terrace with comfortable chill out sofas and a spectacular view of the pool. It also has a washing machine, iron and board.
A set of towels and sheets is provided for each guest. Cot available on request.

The house is located in the Senator complex, really quiet and well kept, perfect to enjoy your holidays and relax. Walking 10/15 minutes you can easily reach " las Cucharas " beach and the center of Costa Teguise with bars, restaurants and shops.

Appartement fonctionnel, propre, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Mais un énorme frigo dans le tout petit salon/cuisine, qui dérange pour dormir. La terrasse donne sur un passage le long de la piscine. Le canapé convertible que nous n'avons pas réussi à ouvrir prend toute la place. Parfait pour un couple, je ne vois pas comment on vit à 4 personnes dedans.
