"It was a pleasant stay for us a family in Dec. 24Deg and away from cold was always welcome. Staff is very well behaved and they looked after all of the guests equally well, so full marks to them. Rooms are very basic and does the job who are not too fussy about it ! Overall, the property needs some modernisation and especially the entertainment options for kids are very limited. "Very good all inclusive. Much of the food was very good quality. Excellent salad section. Friendly helpful staff. Great location as long as you donot want to be in the thick of lively entertainment, but its about 20 mins away, on foot. Lovely views on to small rocky beach from the evening bar. Mainteance shows its age in a very few areas eg leaking air conditioning. We would definitely go back. On balance excellent value for money."

"Great stay and even more fanatstic staff. Hotel has very good facilities, two outdoor pools and spacious rooms. We opted for half-board and I have to stay breakfast and dinner were really worth it. Food felt slightly repetitive after two weeks of stay though. Hotel is very close to a small supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. "Lovely hotel in Teguise, We stayed in room 6 which is a very good size, and has two balconies. One overlooks the inner courtyard and the other (at the front of the hotel) has a westerly view... great for watching the sun set over the volcanoes with a sun-downer! The hotel has a very relaxed and laid-back feel, with friendly staff. Fabulous continental breakfast, and a very good restaurant too. We would definitely return."
