He told us his hostel was completely full and did not care to help us at all. They also advertise as having free parking, and when we arrived he told us the hostel does not provide parking. I've lodged a complaint with INGUAT (the Guatemalan tourism department) and learned that this hotel IS NOT A LICENSED HOTEL and DOES NOT HAVE THE PERMITS TO OPERATE AS A HOTEL IN ANTIGUA.
