Cuando llegamos con la reservación nos informaron que ya no había habitaciones, y nos ofrecieron una habitación en el "hotel de enfrente" solo que para hacer uso de la alberca debíamos cruzar la calle.

Llegué y no tenían conocimiento so estaba pagada o no la habitación

Se suponía que incluía desayuno, de los 3 días que lo incluía el primero y segundo no hubo, el tercero el desayuno fué un tamal. La limpieza pasaron a hacerla a las 6 pm cuando estabamos bañandonos, al pedir que la hicieran despues dijeron que ya no y no la hicieron El vigilante de la noche acudió a callarnos cuando no había ninguna desorden, solo la voz normal de una persona platicando, acudía sin cubre bocas amenazando llamar a la policía Al llegar nos decían que no estaba ninguna resevación y que no había habitaciones que buscaramos en otro lado, hasta llamar a expedia "encontraron la reservación" posteriormente en la noche había un letrero donde decía "si hay habitaciones"
