"Great modern hotel. Some of the staff members went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Made us a breakfast to go for our early morning departure. Our only real complaint was that a neighbouring hotel had an extremely noisy, late night, night club. "

In summer you should not hope for a quiet time though the clubs are directly in front of the hotel. But I assume you do not go to mamaia for quiet in summer"
