Welcome to our new home which has been designed to take in the views of the lake and mountains and has indoor/outdoor flow

Our home has spacious open plan living with large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, ensuite, bathroom & separate toilet so plenty of room for eveyone to relax

We are located 2 minutes walk through the reserve to the lake, 5 minutes drive to the town centre or if you feel like a stroll it's about a 15 minute walk.

Lovely property 5 mins drive from the centre of town. Very clean, lovely outlook over the mountains. Lots of little extras in the pantry, washing powder etc which made it home from home. Highly recommend.

Has everything you could possibly need
We have stayed at many holiday homes and own one ourselves, but this home was right up there with the best. Clean, comfortable and cosy, but a fridge and pantry full of food, plus all the little things eg toys for the kids, that’s what sets this home apart.

Just like home!
This property is all about comfort and certainly makes you feel at home the minute you walk inside. It caters for couples and families with a well stocked pantry and kitchen. There are toys, books games, dvd's...the kids will have no shortage of things to do! It is easily accessible to the CBD, restaurants and lovely walks. This property is a credit to the owners.

Family Getaway
We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful home. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and spacious. The mountain views were spectacular, especially when it snowed a little overnight! Handy to walk along the lake and make the most of the pristine environment. We would highly recommend this home to a large family or group of friends. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful location
I would advise that this not be advertised as a 3 bathroom house. There was one full bath, one room with toilet only, one room with bath and shower. We had 5 adults all trying to use one toilet. I would not have booked this unit had I known there were only 2 toilets. It was also cold- especially at night.

Kathryn has thought of everything!
Fabulous, well designed, clean and tidy property. Great location near the lake walkway - 15 mins walk into town. Dramatic views from the lounge and outdoor eating area. Kathryn has thought of everything you could need including toys, baby items and pantry accessories . We had a lovely stay and look forward to returning.

Beautiful house in Te Anau
We were two families with school-age children traveling through New Zealand. This is a beautiful modern house that is well located. My only complaint is that the heat from the two mini splits did not reach the master bedroom very well. We also had some confusion with the hot water heating system, and took at least one cold shower.

A luxury house
We had a lovely stay here with overseas guests. The house is a little way from the town centre but we had a car so driving was no problem and and early morning walk into town along the lakeside was a beautiful way to start the day. The kitchen was surprisingly and generously well-stocked with food staples. This was the end of our holiday and so hopefully we left more food in the pantry and freezer than we had used. Thank you for sharing such a lovely house with us.

Overall good . We run out of hot water , no gas bottle on site to swap . Have to wait and she didn’t allow extended stay so we need to go without shower on last day.

A very well appointed, presented and clean property. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. What didn't like: charged twice for it by the companies managing the let: Expedia and Vrbo and them not knowing. We are about to start chasing them for a refund!
