"First and foremost staff was very respectful. Everyone greeted me and my friend with a smile, and warm welcomes! Breakfast was always delicious and something new. They have a bunch of menu items to choose from for Lunch & Dinner as well! Tricycles were accessible along with the airport shuttles. Along the street they had washing and drying services for clothes, a few souvenir shops, and some snack shops along the way! Something we did notice upon our stay is an odor that lingers throughout the building, and it’s very intense in the middle of the night. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to come back soon! Keep up the amazing hard-work."

"While the property is outside of town, they are beyond accommodating with transportation into and out of town, including the airport pick up. It is up the hill but there are some shops and restaurants that are a short walking distance from the hotel, including a great yoga studio. the rooms and pool have stunning views, breakfast is included and food is pretty good! "

"This place is a little hidden gem! The dining options around the hotel is amazing and everything is super convenient. At night the streets come alive and this hotel is in a perfect location where it’s not super loud at night but you can still easily access the nightlife. All up the road there are tons of restaurants and shops. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place to someone travelling to el Nido!! We also got a tour for relatively cheap for the day and got taken to big lagoon and a few other beaches, we did not have far to go because of the location of the hotel. Love this place "

"This was a more expensive hotel but you definitely get what you pay for. The food was phenomenal and there are tons of restaurants and shops close by within the vicinity. Everything around the hotel is pretty close but if you want to go into el nido more, it’s about a 20minute drive. My only suggestion is to not book anything through the hotel, it will just cost a bit more money. But all in all a wonderful stay, beautifully maintained and very comfortable with amazing rooms. The beach access is perfect, lots of things to do like free paddle board, kayak, snorkel gear to rent, and lots of chairs to lounge in"

"Excellent!! Staff is what really makes this resort. Shout out to Val from front desk who literally remembers every single guest name in the hotel. Also, Vince (server/bartender) who took care of us. The complimentary trip to Papaya beach was the highlight of the our stay, thanks to Val for convincing us to go:)"

"I had read alot of reviews which almost pursued me not to stay here. Yet I tried anyways and Im so happy I did. Although it is dated its a gem of a place. The rooms were very clean, the pool was great and not to mention the views are phenomenal. As far as transport: they def provide transport to the main square. For a small fee they will drop you at your request a bit further. The staff was lovely and very accommodating. Its close to some amazing food spots. Mine was Fuego for the burger and chicken eaters For the athletic there is a gym in the town square. This was a birthday stay and it was an amazing one. "
