"The property is housed in a lovely stone building very befitting the Auld Grey Toon. When entering the property we were struck by how grand and beautiful it was whilst maintaining a very cozy and homely feeling. The decor and amenities were of the highest order. The underfloor heating in the bathroom is a welcome touch in the winter. The flat is very close to the main streets of the town. We never used the car in the 3 days we were there, we walked everywhere. On a practical note the check in...

"Booked a one week stay at this lovely bijou property. Small but perfectly formed. Beautiful location. On street parking, so a bit hit and miss, but we always managed to find a spot. A couple of small suggestions. The bedroom next to the kitchen could do with a night stand / bedside table. The kitchen table and chairs are too heavy and very uncomfortable. "

"The apartment was overall very good, only let down by a poorly fitted kitchen tap, which was very wobbly but worked. We appreciated the supplied teabags, sachets of coffee, soap, towels etc. The deposit system was a bit confusing - I expected to see a £250 payment on my card to be followed by a refund, but it seems they just held the card details "in case" so I guess no charge will be made now, after over a week. "We had a lovely 2 night stay here- place was spotless and all amenities catered for. Lovely quiet area and we walked in and out to St Andrews centre. Only criticism would be the main bedroom only has a patio door for ventilation which can’t be left open all night. There were no other options to open a window. This room has the boiler and the water heater so we found the room was far too warm during the night."
