Cleaning note for peace of mind: We machine wash EVERY comforter, ALL bedding, and ALL blankets, no exceptions, after every guest (Surfaces wiped/disinfected, floors cleaned, etc).
Before you grocery shop: We stocked the pantry for you. Most of our guests are large/multi families who cook and don’t want to shop for spices you use a teaspoon of only once. When we travel, we hate running to a store to spend $ on 20-25 basic things we need…so we stock our spice drawer rack, garbage bags, paper towels, aluminum foil/wrap, ziplocs, Tupperware, 50+ variety coffee + tea bar w/sweeteners, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, tissues, extra pots + pans, blender, deep fryer, gas grill, 2X Travel Pack-N-Play + high chair, and more. Entire home is for guests (except owners locked closets and outside locked storage)
Home office has desk, comfortable leather chair (w/back support), 1Gig fast internet, printer/scanner/copier + paper. Fully stocked coffee/tea/hot chocolate station + pastas. For peace of mind, we take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Home has lots of board games + books for rainy days too!
We do not allow smoking in our home. If we find evidence of smoking, you will be charged a $500 fine.
All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
HOUSE OPERATION
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
All appliance manuals are located on the top of the fridge or the drawer to the left of the fridge. Please reference our house manual in the binder in the kitchen during your stay.
The TVs are Smart TVs. You can use and log into any app you'd like on the TVs, just be sure to log out before you leave. We provide live cable using the YouTube TV app (not the YouTube app).
We offer biweekly mowing service and snow removal when snowfall is greater than 2 inches.
This is a no-smoking property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a $500 fee if you smoke at the property.
Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor. Please do not trespass on our neighbors lawns for any reason.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased at Public Good's website.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair. The downstairs fans have a summer and winter rotation to lift air up or keep heat down. Feel free to adjust this with the remote as needed.
TRASH
Trash pickup is every Thursday. We will move the cans to the road for pickup for you not to worry. It would be a huge help if you brought your excess trash out to the trash bins, thank you.
PET RULES
Please do not let pets on the furniture inside or outside of the house. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fine. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. Feel free to leave your dog off the lease around the house, but please be mindful to not let into the neighbors yard and keep them on a leash when walking through the nearby neighborhood. You must received owner approval to have more than 2 pets on the property.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. You will be charged a $30 fine for every 30 minutes stayed past checkout if not communicated.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
We would appreciate if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are requirement as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:
--start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher
--place all trash in outside trash bins
--place each bed set of used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets in a black trash bag for us to send to laundry service
