We had a great time and enjoyed this location very much. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 kids. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
House was nice and in a good neighborhood. It was centrally located to the golf courses we were playing and was a comfortable place to stay. There are restaurants and a grocery store less than a mile away. Good communication with the owner. We had a great stay.
Needed a place big enough to host a group of women. This place was perfect. Felt like we were on our own little island. Nice and peaceful. Would definitely book again!
Great location, space, price - needs a new cleaning crew
This house worked really well for our family trip - great large living room for hanging out and large kitchen table for family meals, comfy beds, and the back porch and basement offered a few different spaces if we wanted to spread out. Quiet neighborhood with a quick 15 min drive into town. Unfortunately the house is showing some wear and tear and didn’t really live up to the light and bright photos - lots of dings and scratches on the walls, ceiling stains, dirty floor, and so on. Kitchen also was not stocked with enough tableware for the amount of people the house sleeps. With a fresh coat of paint, a trip to homegoods, and a more thorough cleaning crew this could easily be a 5 star stay.
We weren't able to stay
He refunded me the money and said that he had a pipe to burst
i was a little upset bc we had had this booked for 2 months and he cancelled when we were 4 hours away. It put us in a bad spot. But we stayed at a hotel instead
As a mom looking for a place for our large family, who drove/flew in from various states, to attend a family member's wedding, I knew we wanted a nice, quiet conveniently located home for all of us to gather. This was the perfect spot! It's an older home but it's been renovated nicely to include a large kitchen and nice, new, clean bathrooms. The beds were cozy, the towels sumptuous, and I was even impressed with the toilet paper selection. (Seriously people. Toilet paper is important! It was thick tp, not the cheap kind you discover in some places you stay.) The location was also perfect for us as it was just 15 minutes from GSP airport and downtown Greenville, and then 30 minutes to Easley, which is where the wedding venue was. It was also close to many groceries stores, which was another plus as we cooked large breakfasts with the well-stocked kitchen both mornings of our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to accommodate a larger group. And if/when you go, don't forget to spend time on the lovely covered back porch.
The house is in a good location, clean, plenty of room and plenty of hot water. ( 8 back to back showers no problem. ) The beds were comfortable, the ac and appliances worked well. There were a few ants inside ( never found the source). There was no fuel for the outside bbq - but there is now if you are lucky to be next. The kitchen looked great, but was under supplied if you plan to cook. No can opener, no bbq gear, no salt, no pepper no measuring supplies. We bought and left some of these items. There was a Kuerig and coffee supply! Hope you have a blessed stay if you are considering this house!

Celebrate
A drunk man greeted us as soon as we arrived. He said that he lived next door . The windows were cracked open and unlocked. We liked the space but the kitchen needs more items.
Great location, nice home. Two families of cousins met up there for a long weekend to visit. All the boys loved the basement area to play and sleep all in one place.

Existing reviews are a bit misleading
While the photos and description are reasonable, our experience with the host was disappointing. I found him very hard to get hold of for check in information and help with the malfunctioning fridge (ended up taking our food to another location).
In addition, the kitchen is seriously under-equipped.
Also, future guests may want to know that there is no bathroom downstairs.
The beds are comfortable, the back porch is delightful, and the open floor concept is nice. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and conveniently located. It was just inconvenient and disappointing that we didn't receive the customer support we needed.
