Nestled in a wooded 2.72 acre portion of the owner's 22 acre property, this two-story 3600 sq ft home is perfect for up to 10 people. With an open plan design, the house allows for group cooking, dining, game playing both indoors and outside. Designed by the owner (local architect) to enjoy time with their two boys, the house contains everything you could want - a game room with video games a tv and lots of board games, a library with books for all ages, an outdoor porch to watch wildlife and enjoy relaxing - just to name a few of the features.

Located in Northern Greenville County in South Carolina, the property is a short drive to downtown Greenville Restaurants/Shopping and Falls River Park and Travelers Rest, SC and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The area is great for cyclists, hikers, golfers, hunters and sports fans. Close to several wedding venues including Rose Springs Farm, Aurora Farms, The School House, Lindsey Plantation, Edinburgh West, Pretty Place and many more.

Several golf courses open to public play: Cherokee Valley Golf Course and Club 4 miles, Pebble Creek 6.5 miles, Paris Mountain Golf Club 7.3 miles, Greer Golf 7.9 miles, Furman University Golf Club 8.4 miles, Links of Tryon 9.7 miles.

One Fine Spread
This place is really nice. It has really good gathering areas, and Regina does an awesome job (she lives just a couple doors down). We had ppl from 21 to 84 yrs of age for my son’s Furman graduation and all were comfy. We wish it were a little closer to downtown (25 to 30 min…perhaps 15-20 to Furman) but we knew this going in. Really clean and roomy house. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful home for Groomsmen and family
Our son got married at Edinburgh West. This beautiful home is just a hop, skip, and jump away from the venue. We had plenty of room for the out of town groomsmen and family. Our hosts were so kind and helpful! Every minor "wedding emergency" that came up, they helped us solve. Lovely home! Lovely hosts!!! <3

Thanksgiving Reunion
We hosted a Thanksgiving celebration with extended family. The house was perfect- it was very clean and it was amazingly well-equipped with cookware, bakeware, and dishes. The outside spaces were really fantastic and it was close to downtown Greenville. Ben and Regina were super responsive to all my questions ahead of our celebration (oven size, type of coffee maker, grill) and responded immediately when we had questions during our stay. The house had lots of space to spread out and it was great having a gaming space upstairs for the teens so we could still watch football downstairs. We also really loved the Ping-Pong table in the garage. People played all weekend and it never bothered those of us cooking, watching TV or playing cards. We had enough chaos without pets, but I believe some are allowed with owner permission and the fenced yard would make bringing them really easy. I haven't had much experience with VRBO and rented this based off reviews. The house really lived up to the great reviews and I would absolutely go back to this property. If I had to come up with one criticism, we could have used a few extra rolls of paper towels and toilet paper for our big crowd, but those were easily acquired from a nearby store. I would highly recommend this rental if looking for a house near Greenville.

Great place for friends to gather
With five bedrooms, this place worked great for our 50th homecoming reunion. It was close to Furman University and the large dining room table worked well for our cookout on their gas grill. Regina, the owner responded immediately to our questions prior to and during our stay.

Amazing property!

Clemson Homecoming Reunion Success

Great long weekend stay
What a gorgeous house! This was a great house for a long weekend with extended family. Ten adults had plenty of space, enjoyed the comfortable beds, were happy to make use of the many tools available in the kitchen, and had the chance to play some of the great games provided. The location was picturesque and convenient. We were less than 1/2 hour from downtown Greenville, drove less than an hour to Caesars Head for hiking on another day, and drove less than an hour on another day to whitewater kayak on the Green River with Green River Adventures. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here!

Perfect family gathering place
This lovely home is clise to Greeneville but in a peaceful quiet setting. It is large enough for all 10 of us and we especilly loved the library area with many children's books and crayons and markers. The beds were comfortable. Everything was immaculate and in working order. Regina was very accessible and so pleasant to work with. We would absolutely come again.The informational notebook was very clear and helpful.

Great for a family group!
Our family met here from Missouri, North Carolina, Colorado, Virginia, and Georgia to say goodbye to our son and his family who are moving abroad. Ages ranged from 30's to 70's. The home had plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed that it was so large since several of us were cooking at one time. The gas grill was an added bonus. Loved having a dining table large enough to accommodate all. The screened porch was lovely, since the weather was exceptional for the area this time of year. Definitely have to drive a little bit to get to downtown or north side of Greenville, but it worked for us. Convenient for a trip to Sierra Nevada Brewery in Mills River, NC too! Would definitely stay here again.

Sweet Retreat
A group of friends and I decided to meet in Greenville and wanted a place out of downtown that would offer relaxation and abundant amenities. This did not disappoint! There was plenty of space for all of us and we loved the special little nooks to dwell in and around during various parts of the day and night. Downtown wasn't too far either! You would think that with a group of 7 someone would say something was amiss - this never happened. There were plenty of dishes, blankets, the water pressure was great and all thing considered... we look forward to returning.. hopefully during warmer weather so we can take full advantage of the outdoor spaces!

Perfect Family House for our Wedding!
My family stayed here while visiting for my wedding and had the most enjoyable, wonderful time. This house is definitely part of that memory! Not only was it very close to the (best) wedding venue at Edinburgh West, it had plenty of spaces for our family group to spread out. From reading books in the library, using a laptop upstairs in the office nook, hanging out in the beautiful open kitchen, watching the basketball games on the large TV, to the children playing in the game room, the house was really was perfect. Not too far away from Greenville downtown either, everything is accessible for this mountain stay. Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place for a Family Visit to Greenville
Our extended family gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving in Travelers Rest (just north of Greenville). We needed an extra house to fit everyone and this house was perfect for us. It's located in between Greenville to the south and Hendersonville to the north. The open floor plan on the main level was a great gathering place for my wife and me and our adult children and their spouses. We don't have grandchildren yet, but if we did, this house would have been perfect for them as well. The upper level bedrooms include a children's bedroom with bunk beds, TV, and every board game you could imagine. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook meals if you're eating in. The setting is secluded, wooded, away from traffic, noise, etc., and is about a 25 minute ride to downtown Greenville, about 30 minutes to Hendersonville, in other words, a great home base to explore all the area has to offer. Bottom line: this house was all we had hoped for and the owners made communication very easy. The next time we visit the Upstate, we hope to stay here again.

Gorgeous home in the country
Great house for a family gathering or weekend getaway. Very nicely decorated. A great place to escape from the city, but too far out for running in to Greenville. If you just want to relax and enjoy the house, it’s perfect. The owners are very easy to work with. Nice people.

This place was very beautiful and spacious. Extremely well equipped home with so many thoughtful extras. Easy check in and out process It was very clean. In a very quiet neighborhood. The host and hostess was very understanding and accommodating. They communicated with us very well. I will definitely be renting this place again when I'm in town if it's available.

Beautiful Home Near Paris Mountain!
The house was located in a beautiful wooded area with a well-maintained landscaped yard. The house was well equipped and accommodated our family nicely. There is a two-car garage with two ping pong tables for family enjoyment. The screened porch was a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The owners went above and beyond to answer questions and to ensure that our stay was perfect. So glad that we stayed here!
