It was quite outside on the screened in back porch super super roomy and decorated by a mans man. Needed a later check out time because ole miss beat Georgia and wanted to celebrate. No problem. "My group have been having annual fishing trips for over 20 years and this seems to be our best accommodation. Really loved the setup for boat parking, charging, fish cleaning and adequate lighting all around. Comfort seating in the family room. Nice bar set up. Adequate kitchen supplies. "Great place just outside of Oxford that we stayed at while visiting our daughter who attends Ole Miss as well as attend a one for the ages Old Miss victory over #3 Georgia. The commute to and from the canpus and the town square was quick and easy (15 min max). Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again."

"Great pet friendly property and host! Stayed for 2 weeks and the house was very accommodating for the dogs which was most important! (The neighbors do let their dogs visit the yard which isn’t ideal for reactive dogs but worked ok for my situation. Just take precautions).
