"The hotel staff and owner are very pleasant. However, the hotel is no longer "new"; it needs to be maintained to keep up. Things like widow locks need to be repaired, ants should not be in the room, more bathroom towels are needed as water gets on the floor. Nevertheless, the room prices are very reasonable, it's a good value."

"Strong smoking odor at my room and the clerks refused to change the room despite my smoking-free note (twice) before check-in. very noise fan at my restroom and the microwave was broken. The knife in the kitchen was not well cleansed, oil remained left from the last victors."
