"The greats: Staff was friendly and welcoming! There’s complimentary shuttle from/to the ATS. The heated jet tub and pool relaxes your body after a day on the slopes. Food was good. Room was clean and warm. Located near the village. The only bad: Soundproofing was rather bad. I could hear conversations and footsteps happening outside the room... But overall, a very lovely stay!!"

"Great view over the Summit slopes. Lovely renovated room. The meals were excellent. Almost all staff were very friendly, even the foreign staff who were trying hard with their English. Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. "My daughter lives and works an hour away from Tawonga South and was keen to explore the local area. I travelled from Newcastle, NSW, and we had a fantastic time walking around the local sights and enjoyed a drive to Bright, Porepunkah and Mt Buffalo chalet - an amazing part of the world with so much to see and do. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. It was impeccably clean, with a pleasant fragrance upon entry, and, as non-smokers, we especially appreciated the absence of any smoke odor inside.However, I have two suggestions for improvement:1.The cooking utensils are quite worn and could use replacement.2.The zonal A/C switches need proper labeling. My kids accidentally turned them off at night, which disrupted our sleep.Thanks for having us we all had good time…see you soon during winter."
