"Amazing retreat time at Hoshino KAI Nagato. There are programs / activities provided that are light and with small memento takeaway. The dinner and breakfast experiences were phenomenon. 入浴時間の女風呂脱衣所に男性スタッフが。
"夕食前に温泉に入りましたが、脱衣所にゴキが。出て直ぐにスタッフに伝えましたが、「忙しい」の一言で対応して貰えませんでした。 翌日、８時に予約していた朝食前に風呂に入りました。９時までが入浴時間でしたが、７時半くらいに連れ合いが脱衣所で着替え中に男性清掃員が入ってきたそうです。こんな事はあってはならない事ですし、万が一のことを考え女性用風呂には女性スタッフが確認してから、清掃を始めるべきです。"

素敵な場所
"こちらのご家庭と同じ建物で、部屋が違うだけで、トイレなど共用ですし、テレビがあるわけではありませんから、それを納得される方なら、夜の星空も綺麗ですし、前は田んぼ、その向こうはトトロが出そうな森で、素敵な自然の中にあります。ワンちゃんは吠えましたが可愛かったです。トイレもお風呂もめちゃくちゃ綺麗だし、お布団も軽くて快適。しかも帰りに前の田んぼで取れたお米や、お米で手作りされたカップケーキまでいただきまして、歓迎して帰りました。"
