"The staff and their service were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful whenever l needed anything. My only complaint lies in the lack of facilities in the room itself. At $175 Au a night l expected at least a fridge, jug and toaster. I was bought a jug on request by a helpful staff member. But much cheaper places have provided the above plus cutlery and china, even microwave ovens. Really at that price l believe more should be on offer. This complaint is for the admin staff only. "Taveuni Island Resort is the best resort my wife and I have ever visited. We have stayed in resorts from the Seychelles to Tulum and this is far and away the best. The food is varied, perfectly prepared, and always more than we could eat. The staff attentiveness is amazing. And the resort properties are wonderful. We loved it. We’re coming back."
