Top Floor Condo w/ Ocean Views Near Pool [Ocean Pointe 3405]

Enjoy sunrise and endless ocean views from the balcony of our top floor suite located in the 3rd building at Ocean Pointe Suites.

Upon entering the home you’ll be greeted by simplistic design and the blue-green colors of the Atlantic. The open concept LIVING SPACE has a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and high top table for 4.
The KITCHEN is fully equipped with all dishes, glass and cookware. The breakfast bar provides additional seating for 2.
The MASTER bedroom has a king bed with a flatscreen TV and an ensuite bath with a step-in shower.
The GUEST bedroom has two twin beds and the guest bath is easily accessible from the hall. For your convenience, an in-suite LAUNDRY center so no laundromats for this vacation!


Enjoy all the resort amenities from sun up to sun down including:

- 24/7 Front Gate Security
- Beach access from the property (beach chairs are provided)
- Junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub.
- Loungers, umbrellas by the pool; towels in the condo
- Two private Tennis courts ( Pickle ball nets are on the tennis court )
- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;
- 2 Parking spots per reservation ( no commercial vehicles)

Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dock master. Jet skis and jet boats are strictly prohibited.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was well stocked with basic kitchen items. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to a minor issue we encountered with the door lock. The property was very convenient for outings for scuba diving or fishing. The pool area is very nice and it was just short walk to the marina/beach area. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful February stay.
This was our first time staying in this condo listing and second time staying at the condo resort. We enjoy the access to the pool and the close proximity to groceries. This was the first time we spent any time down at the marina where the kids played in the sand. The condo provided everything we needed for our stay.

Great Escape
Had a great time getting away for a few days. Condo was very clean, view was great, location right across from pool was convenient (far enough you that the pool doesn’t bother you, but close walk). Communication with owner is some of the best I’ve had, very prompt and thorough. Great location to easily get to restaurants and water activities. Highly recommend getting on a fishing charter and renting your own boat for snorkeling (Enjoyed Molasses Reef far more than Alligator Reef, more to see, better structures, better depth, less people). Skip Key West and spend your extra days here! Will be back!

The condo was very nice. The community pool was not the cleanest and it was closed earlier than listed. With Traffic it was a bit hard to get to the other Keys ( time consuming). Great condo!!

The check in and check out processes were easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property has a pool and a private beach that were super convenient and fun for my kids (4 and 2). We could see sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. Really excellent communication from the host. All around a great experience.

The thing that sets this unit apart from the others in the development is the view. A lower unit or different building wouldn't have this view. And if you're in the keys, go for the view. It was also sparkling clean and just like the pictures. Thanks Largo!

Excellent stay
Great stay, we would definitely come again. Communication was great with Largo, she was very quick to send someone to help us with a minor door lock issue we had one day. The property is great and the beach / pool were very nice places to relax in the sunshine. Condo was nice and clean. You may want to look into new bed in the master bedroom but otherwise things were great. The only negative was that the restaurant at the beach and concession/bar at the pool were both closed. We were really looking forward to that during our stay so not having that was disappointing as it was shown in the pictures of the posting.
