Welcome to Islamorada- the Fishing Capital of the World.

Oceanfront living doesn't get better than this. In the heart of Islamorada, this vacation home is located on the exclusive Millionaire's Row street. Once you enter into the private oceanfront estate, you have arrived in paradise!

The house has two levels which are accessed via the outside staircase.

The main floor is upstairs where you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and sun room with spectacular ocean views. There is also a reading nook in the sunroom with a small book library. Also upstairs is a master bedroom with a king bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two full size beds and a TV. There is a hall bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. For the coffee lovers, we have provided a coffee bar. You can choose to make your coffee with a standard coffee pot, a Keurig, or a Nespresso machine. Enjoy!

The first floor, patio level, boasts two bedrooms. The first spacious bedroom which is steps away from the pool and has an ocean view, features a king bed, a twin bed, TV, and a small refrigerator. The second bedroom has two full size beds and a TV. Both bedrooms share a large bathroom with a shared closet.

On a hot day in the Florida Keys, it is nice to take a swim in the pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The pool can be heated in the winter months at no additional charge. There are plenty of chaise loungers if you'd prefer to relax and catch some rays.
The kids will have a great time playing in the sand and building sand castles with the sand toys provided. You can always take up a game of ping pong under the covered patio.
And of course, you'll probably want to take a dip in the ocean. The water is shallow so you can walk right in over the seawall and go for a swim. Depending on the tide, there could be some seaweed.

Named for its stunning 350 foot pier, be sure to be on the lookout for the many fish and sea creatures in the ocean as you walk to the end.

Amazing spring break
We had a fantastic vacation! It was like our own little resort! The house and pool were perfect. The view and the dock were amazing. We saw turtles, manatee, lobster, fish, birds and stingray! The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

The pictures while accurate, can’t do justice for the beauty of this property! Views, breezes, and all the accommodations you need for an incredible getaway. Amazing location
Being able to walk out onto that pier every morning to watch the sunrise, and every evening to look up at the full moon, was worth every penny. My husband and I stayed at the Pier House during Christmas week with our three teenage children, one ten-year-old, and my sister and brother-in-law. We loved the pool! It was always warm, and it was professionally cleaned twice while we were there. Having our own little private beach was absolute Heaven. The neighbors were extremely friendly, as was the property manager, J.P. Come and wade in the water, swim, soak in the beauty!

Absolutely beautiful
This property was breathtaking! It’s so peaceful and quiet. The property manager was extremely friendly and accommodating. He brought us coffee, bread, alcohol and even provided us with a high chair for our baby. The heated pool is very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Still the perfect house!
This was our second year at this property and it was still the perfect place for our family vacation. We really liked the new bathrooms and the central a/c in the upstairs back bedroom was very comfortable. JP responds in minutes and everything worked smoothly. We caught fish off the dock almost every day (and released) and every morning watched the sunrise watched the peacocks and ibis check out the beach for breakfast. I love the peace and quiet.

Stunning postcard views
Our family had a lovely stay at the property for a week in March. The rooms were spacious and the outside was breathtaking. We swam in the heated pool a lot since the winds were 20 mph+ most of the time and I was nervous about young kids being in the ocean. I think the week we stayed was an anomaly for winds. It was quiet and peaceful - just what we needed for a week away from work! The times we were able to get in the ocean were great. We saw a lot of hermit crabs, a sting ray, and my husband caught a barracuda fly fishing. We also saw a manatee and barracuda off the pier while fishing. The water is definitely walkable all the way out to the end of the pier - at least when we were there. John and Shanie were both great! The neighbors directly behind the property (it’s a shared driveway) are lovely and the neighbors next door, too. Their dogs (Captain and Sabiki) would join us in the ocean to play! The peacocks even graced us with their presence one sunrise on the beach!

Perfect oasis for our family
We stayed here for 5 weeks and had the best time. We cannot recommend this place more! We had some issues with the fridge and ac and the property manager was there within hours to fix it! We felt completely taken care of and our time here was amazing. We have a large family and each group took a week to stay with us. The downstairs was perfect to hold each of them to give them space! The pier was incredible and kept our crew occupied. We made the best memories here and came back home completely rested and relaxed. We hope to come back next year for an even longer stay! We love this house!
We had an awesome time for the second year in a row. The location is super private and the renovations made everything even more beautiful. The pool was pristine, we used it everyday but the rainy day, thanks to the pool man! JP was a pleasure to meet and super helpful with my minor questions. The work being done to the beach area is going to completely change the condition of the beach, I can’t wait to see the changes! Lots of wild life and beautiful sunrises for this amateur photographer. We can’t wait to spend another vacation here! Thanks Shanie for allowing us to stay at your awesome house.

Very Nice!
Our family REALLY enjoyed our stay. The pics showed here is 100% the same as what you get. The Ocean Beach area was a bit dirty but the property area is nice, clean, the pool was very refreshing. The neighbors did not bother us a bit. The owners are very occomodating and made sure our money was 100% guaranteed should the oil spill went down to the Keys. We are from WPB Fla and still found this house to be a Tropical Paradise! We will be sure to come again! Thank you for a very relaxing and enjoyable family vacation! dunnagain2010

The Most Beautiful View!
Great property and what a beautiful view! The property was absolutely beautiful, the home was spacious and having the pool after a long day on the boat snorkeling was a must! We rented a boat for the from A1 (don’t make the mistake of parking inside the gate after 5:00 or you will be ubering for the next 12 hours). Super Secret: Check our Freebee for a free ride around time. House was well equipped with floats, beach towels, plenty of outdoor seating, stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The tide brought in trash and a potent smell from the beach so we were not able to enjoy the beach and the tv in the main room wasn’t working for the week but neither ruined our time spent at the house. Also, the property manager JP was amazing! He was very helpful and very communicative.

Peaceful, relaxing and just what we were looking for!
Beautiful property! Completely private. House was perfect and very clean. The pool was spectacular. Pool man came at least 3 times to keep the pool pristine. We were in the pool every day ( great shade on the pool in the afternoon). The pier was beautiful and awesome to sit to watch the ocean and boats (The only thing that would have made the pier better would be to have it lit at night.). Added bonus was the wild life, especially the peacock and peahen. Close to a lot of restaurants but the grill was so nice we cooked most days. Fun toys to play with both in and out of the water. We would definitely stay here again. JP was super nice and helpful with my questions. I highly recommend this property and the management. Super easy to work with. Thank you for making our stay in our happy place (The Keys) memorable and perfect.

Beautiful property on ocean side!
We had a great time. Just a couple things about this beautiful establishment.....1) the main bathroom needs some serious work in the shower. The shower head leaks water and sprays every where. I am afraid that the moisture on the ceiling will eventually start to mold. The same shower has a bamboo rail that falls out constantly. 2) we purchased wash cloths as we couldn’t find any. 3). The smell from our beach didn’t bother us as we are aware that it is seasonal and we have stayed on the ocean side before and enjoy watching the sun come up. 4). The dock is fabulous!!!! We enjoyed kayaking, fishing and sunning on the pier! Great place just needs a little TLC.

Dream Come True!
I'm actually writing this review while still here! I can't say enough about how wonderful the home is. Going to be very sad leaving Saturday. Everything is exactly as pictured. The house is well appointed and well kept. I actually cooked for almost the whole two weeks because we enjoyed eating by the pool and ocean. Our two children loved fishing off the pier, snorkeling and using the sea kayak. Anytime we had a question, Shanie was right there to help. The peacocks that roam the property make it even more beautiful. One of my friends was vacationing and paid us a visit so I ended up cooking a lovely dinner party. They are interested in renting next year! We scuba certified our children with Conch Republic Divers and it was beautiful to study their lessons in the lounge area. Our two cats spent their days lounging on the window sills looking at the ocean and our parrot loved talking to the peacocks! Wish this vacation would never end!

Felt LIKE HOME but with a better view : )
Very accomodating, comfortable, clean rental home. No, it's not a 5 star hotel or house with all the stuffy, fancy, plush fufu stuff but it is a 5 STAR LAID BACK Florida Keys OCEAN vacation rental. This was our 3rd trip to the Keys in the last 10yrs. and we throroughly enjoyed this place for our family (5 adutls, a 4yr. old) because we come to the Keys to sit back, relax and get away from the "real world", thus why we stay away from tourist trap beachy resorts/areas. Snorkeled SOME (really not tons to see, gotta be honest) and we did let the 4yr. old walk around in the water during lower tide, but really she had rather swim in the pool (and proud to say she did her first full length solo swim across the pool with no floatation device : ) - great memory). The private pier was a big deal for us, being we love to fish and it was exactly as expected-GREAT! We caught all kinds of fish: sand sharks, snapper & some we never got to see because they stole all our line off the poles! Saw numerous rays, a couple dolphin, crabs and pretty little fish. When not fishing, it was very relaxing & peaceful just sitting on the end of the pier and enjoying life. Next comments not negative IF you know the Keys very well and IF you are not expecting beautiful pristine white beaches as far as you can see. It's the KEYS - IT'S THE, raw untouched by maintenance cleaning crews, OCEAN! Yes, there is sea grass. Yes, sadly quite a bit of trash that does/is washed up but you can't blame the owners-one could TRY to keep clean but as oceans do, the tides come & go da. Turned a negative into a positive by reinterating to the 4yr. old why we don't litter and why we all need to be concious and concerned about littering. Only adding this because it is a fact, the way it is and if you do expect an emaculate shoreline etc. you will be dissappointed. BUT we did walk the semi-rocky shoreline and found some cool natural ocean "stuff": shells, coral, driftwood etc. and plan on making our own natural souvenior with these pieces. Back to the house - best way I can describe: it was "our comfortable lived in home" for a week. The grounds are well kept & private (unless you don't like a family of peacocks as your neighbors that come over, quite often, to visit.) Shanie is great to work with thru the booking process etc. & deposit refund returned quickly. If you want info. pronto best to call rather than e-mail, she's a busy lady : ) 12 Thumbs up to returning!

My husband, 3 boys (14,12 and 10) and myself stayed here for a week in November. The home and property are beautiful! Even though there are neighbors it feels so private. The kids loved swimming in the pool and looking for stingrays and fish in the ocean. They also had fun fishing off the pier/ dock. The hardest part was picking which restaurant to try every day. Definitely hope to be back, and soon!!!!

Perfect Private Getaway with Everything you need!
7 adults and 1 toddler stayed in this house and we loved it! The home is tucked away so that you have maximum privacy from neighbors (quiet solitude). The pier was perfect for fishing and looking a fish, stingray, turtles, and baby sharks. We caught some great sunrises out there too! We enjoyed watching the peafowl and other birds, along with the lizards, hermit crabs, and iguanas. The pool was perfect, with seating ledges. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating available! Crew came to clean it twice while we were there. We loved the outdoor towel rack, a second would have been even better! You also have your own private beach, water is shallow. Only drawback is the amount of seaweed and trash along the shore (not something the host can control though, you'll experience this at any ocean side beach in the keys). We often were cleaning up cut aluminum cans and glass before the toddler could go to the beach. If you have children, be prepared for this. Kayaks were great entertainment as well. Kitchen is equipped with all the gear you need. Beach and bath towels are provided. Plenty of closet space and hangers to put your things. Grocery stores are close by. One of the cleanest vacation homes we've stayed in! Listing was perfectly accurate. All adults said they would stay here again. Toddler approved it too. Oh...and check your email spam folder (not vrbo) for the check-in details :-)

Perfect Getaway!
The house was everything we needed and more. The pier was amazing to fish off, in the water we snorkeled for hours, and the pool water was amazing and was the perfect size for marco polo. The house manager John was so nice and very attentive; he responded to our text immediately. l def recommend this house and we plan to return next year for hopefully longer than 7 days!

The Pier House
The Pier House was lovely, the house was clean, and it is very well equipped. The pool was very nice and clean. Our only issue was with Mother Nature and trash from the ocean. We were unable to walk on the beach because there was so much seaweed and trash. The same was true for all the other properties beside us. There was a horrible, horrible smell that gave us headaches and respiratory issues. The city/county needs to clean it up! The Manager apologized to us and said unfortunately it happens every year for about 60 days. We just went the wrong time.
