"This place is so clean and tidy, almost brand new and very modern and comfortable with super air conditioning. Had enough storage space for hanging clothes and a mini fridge in the room and a very competent and spacious en suite and a small desk with a chair. "Was a little difficult to find because there was no sign or reception. It was like a B&B so I had to call them when I was outside so someone came and open and gave me the keys. Rooms are simple. Comfy bed but walls are superthin so you hear everyone talking or watching tv. Also from street outside you hear everything. But was ok for a couple nights. Good location near catedral and just across the street from the big central mercat. "

"Mara was welcoming and very helpful for local tapa bars & restaurants. She helped us with an early morning cab which was wonderful. Would stay at the Opera House again. Simple, clean, good local location in between the main Valencia sights. "

"Situated very centrally and really well-connected to airport (39 mins) The place is a bit rough around the edges but it does have charm. It appears to be undergoing renovation so this can only improve. "They didn’t mention that the owners of the property will stay with you in the same house. Even it is a fancy duplex villa, but you will not feel free to stay with others in the same place. Maybe it will be suitable for a single person. But I think it is not for couples. The area is so calm as it is far away from the city noise. "

One night stop over

"Stayed for one night as arrived at Valencia on an evening flight . We had a long drive to our destination so booked a night in Travel lodge to drive the following day in the light Worked out perfectly. There is a great little independent pizza restaurant along the road (Opposite Burger King) "

"Rooms exactly as described on the hotel website. Staff very polite and professional. Breakfast is outstanding. The spa was closed when we stayed which Expedia hadn’t made us aware of. The hotel did not communicate this (the website front page didn’t mention it , it was in small print on one page of you clicked on the actual page for the spa). But Ramon was great and compensated us accordingly. In door pool is lovely and the gym is well equipped for a hotel!! Will return. "

Great stay, would go back in a heartbeat

"I would highly recommend Exe. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food in both, breakfast and dinner, were outstanding. So was the service provided by all the staff members everywhere, dining, and lobby. Very close to the more modern section of the City; yet still walkable (30 min) to old town."
