This single storey villa in Tavel, Provence, between Avignon and Uzes, offers a modern and comfortable stay, featuring air conditioning and a private heated pool, perfect for mid-season enjoyment.

The kitchen is open plan, connecting to the dining room and sitting room, which is equipped with air conditioning and French windows that open onto the terrace and the garden.

Outside, the property boasts an enclosed garden with newly planted flowers and plants. The terrace area is shaded and includes a pergola, and a view of the garden and the pool. The bay window from the living/dining room opens onto this terrace.

The private heated pool, heated from April 4 to October 31 by a heat pump, is secured by an electric safety cover. It measures 6m x 3m and is 1.40 m deep.

Please note that only the dining/living area is air-conditioned. The villa is connected to another house on one side, owned by the same owner and permanently occupied. Both entrances are entirely separated, ensuring complete privacy without any overlooking.

The house is situated just outside the village, in a small residential area. The nearest shops are about 500m away. Tavel is situated in the heart of the Rhône valley. The village is known for its wines; from the house you can explore the surrounding vineyards by bike or foot.
