"Great customer service by front desk and ground staff. Stay was great. Room has couple of cockroachs. Had bad experience with staff on roof top pool. Went to grab towels and she only gave one upon inquiring, why, she said only 1 towel per room. Had a quick look at the pool towel log and could see thatb2 towels had been issued previously. Asked front desk about this and she was great and said its per person and not per room. Felt discriminated as she didnt even give an explanation also ,...

"Palms was okay to stay. The pool was not quite as big as the photos. Our room seemed a little dark. Overall it’s a comfortable place to stay."
