"Excellent value in stunning location with wonderful view.Very friendly and hospitable owners. Helps to have a car-twenty minute walk to beach and need to drive to eat elsewhere. A pity that garden was not made more of-needs a tidy and perhaps some chairs/tables?"

"can you imagine in a hotel iron not available?!!!! Wall insulation between rooms is disaster?. very cheap quality amenities compared to price range they are asking!!! Poor quality of breakfast!?"

"location is amazing; recommended it to all families with kids; clean and food was fairly good; we had a situation with our room( we did not get the room we booked & we had issues with the handle of the door a couple of days in a row)but at the end of the stay we payed fairly; they tried their best to compensate the mistake; "

"Beautiful large property with a breathtaking view. Quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good and fresh. Room and facilities very clean. Only 2 negatives.. Internet was very unstable. Rooms are very old fashioned and need a modern upgrade. "

"The property is relatively new, well maintained and clean. It opens on the Gera Bay and close to couple beaches on the bay. It is not too far from Plomari town and beaches and just 20 mins away from Mitillini. Sofia was a great host. She gave us a tour of the amenities and made sure to give us some local tips and leave us with a small gift. Recommend the place for anyone looking for a relaxed vacation with family."

"I have stayed at the Anaxos Garden 4 times and Yiota and Dinitri and their whole family are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are extremely clean and the maid comes in each day, the pool side bar and pool area are beautiful and the complex is 5 mins from the beach, I intend to visit again, I would definately recommend the Anaxos Garden"

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is a beachfront hotel that is steps away from the water. The room was spacious and nicely decorated/designed. There was a slight bathroom smell which I think could related to septic issues. The water is scarce in the area so you have to be respectful when it comes to consumption. The staff is extremely family oriented people and was very friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is a village kind which I have been craving for. Even though we were there...
